Both dimensions charge per user, so your cost scales with the number of licensed team members. You pick the billing rhythm that fits your budget. The monthly option bills each month and lets you adjust license counts as needs change. The annual option bills once per year and applies a 20% discount in exchange for the longer commitment. The two dimensions cover the same per-seat license; only the billing term and price differ. You can add or remove licenses through the app, with changes prorated and reflected on your billing cycle.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing on a per-license basis?
One user is one licensed team member who can record meetings and use the paid features. You can mix free, paid, and admin seats on the same workspace. Admin licenses sit on top of paid licenses at no extra cost. You pay only for the paid seats you assign.
What happens to my cost if a user runs out of AI credits during the month?
Credits fund actions you request, like starting a thread or running an analysis. Automated work such as meeting summaries and pre-meeting briefs uses no credits. If a member runs low, your admin can buy one-time credit bundles or turn on automatic top-off. These purchases are separate from your per-user license.
How does the monthly billing option differ mechanically from the annual option?
The monthly option charges each month for every paid license. You can add or remove seats, with changes prorated on your billing cycle. The annual option charges once per year and applies a 20% discount for the longer commitment. Monthly suits changing team sizes; annual suits stable teams.

What I like most about Sybill.ai is just how easy it is to use. The AI functionality works really well, and I'm able to find information really easily. I love the task functionality too. It helps save me time by capturing all of the action items from calls, so I don't have to remember them. I also found it very easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The generative AI emails sometimes exclude important information or uses language that I wouldn't use. Otherwise, I'm really pleased with my experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sybill.ai to save time with customer follow-ups after meetings. It captures all action items from calls, so I don't have to remember them. I love how it captures action items from calls in the task tab. I will go in there at the end of each day or week and clear through them. The fact that it can generate emails and meeting events right from there is so helpful. It's giving me so much time back in my day to do what's most important, and that's to be a strategic advisor to my clients.

High-Value Call Transcriptions with Helpful Summaries and Follow-Ups
Reviewed on Jul 23, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I get a lot of value from the call transcriptions. They help me dissect calls by providing summaries and recaps, drafting email follow-ups, and analyzing what happened during the conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t do a great job aggregate a series of calls and organizing. For example, if I have eight meetings tied to one opportunity, I’d like it to follow along across those calls and help build out the opportunity, spot gaps, and map things to a sales framework. A lot of the time I end up pulling the raw transcripts into Claude, which isn’t the most efficient workflow and it loses some of the value along the way. I’d love to have folders dedicated to specific accounts where I can ask the chatbot questions, and it would then analyze the full series of calls and aggregate a single, useful answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me the opportunity to avoid multitasking on calls. I can stay focused on the conversation instead of taking notes the whole time. It also helps to know I can go back and revisit the call if I don’t fully understand something.

Sybill.ai Is a Critical Part of Our Tech Stack
Reviewed on Jul 23, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
Sybill.ai has endless possibilities. The team is constantly improving the platform, and while we initially purchased it in Feb 2024 for call recording and insights, it has become a critical part of our tech stack and—other than our CRM—the hardest tool to operate without. The Ask Sybill function provides so many insights for our business and helps answer questions that were previously hard to quantify. The integrations with Salesforce have improved, and the call summaries are endlessly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish users with a collaborator license could use the Ask Sybill feature more frequently, or that there could be a cheaper license tier than a recorder license for RevOps or other teams where strategic insight is incredibly useful but call recording isn't needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces manual entry into the CRM and reporting that used to live in Excel. We can also answer more strategic questions to help guide business decisions, such as "What are the current pain points coming up in client meetings? We use Sybill to help with onboarding. It's easy to surface best practices and good recordings for a new sales employee to review. It's also great for training and coaching conversations for leadership.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the summary it provides for calls and that you can search the product for keywords and it will pull any call that contains this word. Makes it really easy for market research and learning what customers care about.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are slight recording issues but that is all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving time that we were spending sifting through our sales calls trying to identify patterns with customers. It is benefiting us by saving us time and making things move quicker internally.
