What do you like best about the product?
Extremely fast to set up and it shows all emails that are inbound on one screen, easy to filter and see if legitimate ones are blocked. Onboarding was a breeze and the GEO IP block is a useful feature Invaluable when compared to the loss of time and money from possible breaches
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have a a way to import contacts that are legitimate rather than adding them to the exceptions list as they are blocked
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is preventing phishing attempts from getting through to our staff, preventing loss of time and possibly financial loss.

I find Barracuda Email Protection fast and easy to use. I like the block list; it's very useful. I also enjoy the integrations with other Barracuda products.

I find the buttons to access other products are hard to find sometimes. I need them to put all of the buttons on all of the pages.

I use Barracuda Email Protection for protecting our employees from phishing emails. It's fast, easy to use, and I like the block list and integrations with other Barracuda products.
