What do you like best about the product?
Inbound spam, phishing, and malicious link filtering work very effectively out of the box with Microsoft 365.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin console interface can occasionally feel slow when filtering large volumes of message logs over custom date ranges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It protects our organization against sophisticated phishing attempts, ransomware delivery, spoofed sender domains, and credential-harvesting links that bypass standard Microsoft 365 filtering.

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to install and set up, and it’s straightforward to manage the quarantine. The reporting functions are also great and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to do a better job with AI-generated attacks. It has missed some behavior-based emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s the front line of our email protection, since it sits in front of our Microsoft Outlook platform. It delivers the level of email protection we were looking for and helps us feel covered where we need it most.

What I like best about Barracuda Email Protection is its effective spam, phishing, and malware filtering, which significantly reduces unwanted and malicious emails before they reach users' inboxes. The solution is easy to manage, provides good visibility into email threats, and offers features such as email continuity, data protection, and policy-based controls. It has helped improve our overall email security while minimizing the administrative effort required to maintain protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be more modern and intuitive, especially for reporting and message tracking. Advanced reporting and customization options are somewhat limited, and policy tuning may require additional effort to reduce false positives.
