Hosting our "mono repo drupal application" as a "poly site project".
Every tenant has their own:
- database
- filesystem
- feature flags activated
All from one code base.
Deployments can be triggered manually or automatically, easy to handle.
Setup of new client infrastructure can be automated. And is up in minutes to run the same code in a new project.
I can focus on developing the application and don't have to be afraid of handling the infrastructure for it.
We self-hosted Lagoon for 1/2 year and switched to a fully managed service by Amazee. Best decision ever for my work-life balance as CTO.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike most other hosting providers, Amazee stands out by providing personalized one-on-one support, even going so far as to schedule Zoom calls to help troubleshoot any bugs you may encounter.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a newer provider, their tooling is not as refined as some other providers, causing certain tasks to be more challenging than necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amazee has partnered with us to deliver superior Drupal hosting services for our clients. They work closely with us to provide performance tuning assistance and offer other valuable recommendations as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast the support team replies. They are always very polite and helpful, no matter what I ask. If my question is complex, they get an expert to help me, which makes me feel very secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about amazee.io. I have asked for support many times, and I have never been unhappy with their help. They always do a great job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
amazee.io has significantly reduced the operational burden for us. Previously, we struggled a lot with managing the infrastructure, but now most of that work is taken care of. This allows us to focus more on development and business.

What do you like best about the product?
Throughout our lengthy governmental procurement process, I was helped along by several patient amazee.io staff and I still meet with many of the same people today. That continuity has helped build a trustworthy partnership. Amazee.io's suite of features was a terrific match for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult at first to convince our leadership to invest time in amazee.io as the name wasn't well known. Recommendations from other governmental jurisdictions went a long way to establishing their comfort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us automate our hosting management and devops tasks all while minimizing our support costs due to consolidation of our many Drupal CMS deployments.

What do you like best about the product?
We have just recently moved to amazee.io, and our experience so far has been great. Not everything has gone perfectly, but their customer service is fantastic, and we have been well taken care of. The lagoon infrastructure is very easy to use, and has some features that have made my life considerably easier with a few of the more boring upkeep tasks that have to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few downsides that I've discovered so far. We are experiencing some minor issues with performance, and the deploy process can be slow compared to our previous hosting company, especially with the possibility of getting queued at busy times. Overall the positives far outweigh the negatives.
