This listing offers one pricing option: the Enterprise plan. You buy it as a contract priced per user, per year. A minimum of 100 users applies, so your cost scales with the number of users you enroll. You can customize the number of users and storage for your organization. Billing runs annually under the contract term. Because pricing is per user, adding more users raises your total, while the per-user rate stays the same.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One user is one individual person with their own Enterprise account. Each collaborator you enroll counts as one user toward the 100-user minimum. Full collaboration requires each person to have their own account. Storage is pooled and customized for the whole organization rather than allocated per user.
Your per-user rate drives the cost, billed annually. Adding users raises your total while the per-user rate stays the same. Storage is customizable for your organization and is not billed separately as its own metric. So user count is the main factor in your annual invoice.
No. People without accounts can share, collaborate, or send files through file request and transfer links. These external contributors do not count as billed users. Only enrolled account holders count toward the 100-user minimum and your per-user charge.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how quickly I can find files and assets shared by other co-workers by searching Dropbox. When organized well, it's very intuitive and useful for most of the work I do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly enjoy the AI assistant. When I'm trying to quickly find what I need, it seems to always pop up at inconvenient times and block buttons I need to access. I'm sure it could be useful when I need it, but the way it's presented makes it feel like an ad I have to close to use what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows us to use collaborative storage as a company. This makes sharing files and documents incredibly easy and secure.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Dropbox uploads large files in just a handful of seconds. People with access can download and edit files, and when they save changes, those changes show up in Dropbox without me having to download the file to my own computer. I can keep our files together in one place, and Dropbox gives us more storage for large files. It’s simple and easy to use across different computers and operating systems. It works reliably most of the time, and I can add people to folders or restrict their access.
What do you dislike about the product?
A couple of times in the last 18 months, files my coworkers uploaded never made it to Dropbox. I think there may have been an issue with Dropbox’s internal server, but it works reliably the rest of the time, and I don’t have any other changes I’d want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox lets us consolidate all our company files in one place, where we can save, upload, and download them. It’s intuitive and meets our needs; without it, we’d have to use different software.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Dropbox because it is easy to use, provides reliable cloud storage, and makes sharing files simple. I can access my documents, photos, and other files from anywhere and on different devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Dropbox is its limited storage. Some advanced features require a paid subscription, and uploading or syncing large files can sometimes be slow depending on the internet connection. The pricing could also be more affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes storing, backing up, and sharing files easy. It saves time and lets me access my files anytime from any device.

What do you like best about the product?

Honestly, there isn’t really anything I dislike about Dropbox. I haven’t had any issues with it so far.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox to store albums of our company assets, photos, and brand designs so everyone can access them. The albums and content load quickly, and I can download, share, or copy an image right from its page using the three-dot menu. It was easy to set up, share with others or add them to a folder, create new folders, and add files from my device. They also removed the banner that used to make the albums hard to view, so it looks much better now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The banner at the top used to make it hard for me to view my albums, but Dropbox removed it and it looks much better now. I still can’t minimize the menu bar with all the files on the left, and sometimes I’d like to hide it so I can look at the folders more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Dropbox to keep albums of our company assets, photos, and brand designs, and make them easy for everyone to access.
