What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Upland BA Insight is how it brings structure and clarity to complex incentive and performance data. The platform is fairly intuitive once you get familiar with it, and it makes it easy to work with large datasets, reports, and configurations without too much manual effort. The number of features available for reporting, data validation, and scheme analysis is quite strong and helps reduce dependency on external tools. It also integrates well with existing systems, which makes ongoing usage smoother. Overall, it saves a lot of time in analysis and reporting once things are set up correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is the overall user experience during configuration and uploads, as some steps are not very intuitive and require deeper system understanding. Certain actions, like mappings or report downloads, can feel inconsistent at times and may need manual workarounds. Error messages could also be more descriptive to help identify issues faster. While customer support is helpful, resolution can sometimes take longer when issues are configuration-heavy. With some UI and usability enhancements, the platform would become much easier for everyday users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my day-to-day work, Upland BA Insight helps me deal with the challenge of working with data that is spread across multiple enterprise systems. Earlier, a lot of time was spent manually pulling data from different sources and validating it before analysis. With BA Insight, the data is centralized and easily searchable, which makes accessing the right information much quicker and more reliable.
This has significantly reduced manual effort and improved visibility into business data. It also helps in generating consistent reports and insights without relying on multiple tools or workarounds. Overall, it has made analysis more efficient and supports faster, more informed decision-making in my role.

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use Upland BA Insight to stay on top of my work tasks and updates. It helps me track assignments, review briefs, and manage daily activities without having to open my laptop every time. I also use it to get quick notifications when something new is assigned or updated, so I don't miss anything important during the day. It keeps workflow organized and saves me time, especially when I'm moving between meetings or working remotely. It helped me keep all my tasks and updates in one place instead of juggling emails and spreadsheets. I love how simple and organized Upland BA Insight feels. Everything I need is here, updates sync smoothly, and it just makes my day-to-day work a lot easier without any fuss.
What do you dislike about the product?
A cleaner, more modern UI would make the experience much smoother. With clearer icons and less clutter, I'd be able to find things much faster and use it more comfortably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Upland BA Insight for its powerful integration capabilities that connect multiple enterprise systems, offering a unified and accessible search experience across various platforms. This is especially beneficial for tasks such as retrieving client-specific information dispersed across multiple repositories or quickly accessing project plans and contracts. Its ability to eliminate data silos by connecting to and indexing information from numerous applications and file systems, including both cloud and on-premises sources, is invaluable. Furthermore, the integration with major platforms like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Amazon Web Services, and Elasticsearch highlights its versatility and enhances its functionality for enterprise AI search and knowledge management solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Upland BA Insight's initial setup complex and costly, requiring significant IT involvement, which makes it challenging for basic users and a poor fit for smaller businesses. There are also the occasional performance issues, particularly when handling large datasets, which can slow down operations. The search functionality could be more accurate, and there is limited customization available. Additionally, the editor is less feature-rich compared to popular solutions like Microsoft Word.
