Improve your media analytics and data collaboration by resolving fragmented consumer touchpoints to a single person or household-based pseudonymous identifier, RampID.
LiveRamp’s Identity Resolution capabilities enable the connection of consumer identifiers to a pseudonymous persistent identifier called the RampID. Consumer identifiers continue to proliferate and the ability to resolve touch points to a pseudonymous person or household based identifier drives enhanced analytics, accurate data enrichment and the ability to create audience segments and measure at a person level.
This service currently resolves offline identifiers — including Personally Identifiable Information (PII such as name, postal, email, phone) — using LiveRamp’s industry-leading consumer knowledge graph.
Identity Resolution drives the following benefits:
Person (or household) based analytics: consolidation of consumer identifiers to a pseudonymous person (or household) based view enables a full understanding of customer preferences and exposures.
More accurate clean room collaboration: RampID shields a customer’s personally identifiable information, while offering greater data connectivity between partners than relying on hashed emails.
More frequent refreshes: unlock the opportunity to refresh your person-based view at the same rate connections are made by LiveRamp, without the operational overhead around managing file deliveries.
Details:
Restrictions: We abide by strict data ethics standards and Identity Resolution use cases must go through a data ethics review and/or a RampID attestation prior to implementation.
Geography: This is available for the U.S. only.
Schema:
Accepted input identifiers include: name | postal | email | phone | RampID

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing uses a single pricing dimension: Product Access (Units). You buy access to the product under a contract term. Pricing follows a consumption-based model, so your cost reflects the volume of data you use and the actions you perform with it. As your data volume and use cases grow, the number of units you commit to scales accordingly. Buying through AWS Marketplace lets you apply existing AWS committed spend and receive one consolidated bill. Contact the vendor to size the right unit commitment for your goals.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit of Product Access represent for billing purposes?
A unit measures your consumption of the product. Cost reflects the volume of data you process and the specific actions you perform with it, such as resolving identities or connecting data sources. You commit to a number of units under your contract that matches your expected data volume and use cases.
What happens to my cost as my data volume and use cases grow?
Pricing scales with your business. As you process more data or add new use cases, your consumption rises and your unit commitment adjusts accordingly. Cost starts at an entry point and moves upward as you gain more value. You would work with the vendor to resize your commitment.
What kind of support comes with my Product Access commitment?
Your commitment includes a foundational service tier. This gives you the essential support needed to begin using the standard features throughout your contract term. You can also buy additional services to tailor the offering or support your existing teams. Contact the vendor to scope any added services.
