Upon cancellation of a Subscription by Customer, and not as a result of Customer violation of these Terms, Customer will continue to have use of and access to the software Platform under the accounts associated with the applicable Subscription for the remainder of the paid term of that Subscription. We will not provide any refunds of prepaid or unused Subscription Fees.
