    Vendor refund policy

    Get Early subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected term. Refunds are not typically offered once access to the platform is granted. Exceptions may apply for duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical access failures.

    Enterprise and custom contracts follow the terms of their individual agreements.

    Refunds must be requested directly through your AWS Marketplace account.

    For refund assistance, contact itsupport@getearly.com  within 14 days of the charge.
