This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

    Outreach is a powerful and structured sales engagement platform that brings clarity, automation, and measurable performance to modern sales teams.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Outreach can feel overwhelming at first. The interface has a lot of functionality, which is great long-term, but onboarding new reps can take time and proper training.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Sales teams traditionally had to send individual emails, follow-up manually, and juggle calendars.

    Easy to manage prospecting outreach, sequencing prospective customers into outreach cadences, and integration with Salesforce and email to track the progress and responses of each.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The sequence filters aren't super easy to navigate because of the amount of data you need to filter through.

    Sales prospecting / outreach -- extremely beneficial to track the open clicks and response rates as well to see what's working.

    Outreach effectively increases sales engagement and comes with automation features too.
    Outreach increases personalization and also boosts response rates. It simply enables custom outreach campaigns to individuals and segments and this increases response rate.
    Outreach supports multichannel engagements. Our sales team can engage prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn within a single platform.
    Better lead management. With Outreach, organizing contacts and managing follow ups is easy and we easily identify high potential leads.
    It offers data driven insights. With this data, makes sales decisions and pursuing leads is easy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Outreach has been super effective as a sales engagement tool. Never had issues.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We use Outreach for sales engagement and it handles really well with AI and also sales coaching and email tracking features. With Outreach in place, we boosted sales thanks to ease of pursuing leads.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like the ease of use and the integration Outreach has with Orum for our calling. This really enhances the platform because they have a strong partnership.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes there are tasks that get bottlenecked that I want to move forward, but I have to go to a specific setting to be able to do so. I can't do it in mass. Additionally, I can't re-add people to the same sequence twice, which is a little bit of a bottleneck.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Outreach for sequencing outbound emails and staying up-to-date with prospects. It helps me stay on track with who I need to reach out to at what time.
