    AWS digital workspace competency certified, eG Enterprise offers best of breed monitoring, diagnosis and reporting for EUC, DaaS and DEX environments including Amazon WorkSpaces and AppStream 2.0 (Single-session and Multi-Session), Citrix, Omnissa Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktops and more. Track all aspects of user experience from logon time to app launch time and input latency, correlate with system performance. Get insights on user profiles and GPOs, track applications accessed and system performance to identify bottlenecks. Out of the box reporting provides insights for post-mortem diagnosis of problems and capacity optimization.

    The same universal agent technology also provides full-stack observability of applications. Monitor user experience using a combination of synthetic and real user monitoring, correlate with processing delays of transactions at each tier, and auto-discover and analyze infrastructure performance with the application context to pinpoint why an application is slow.     It is a easy tool for IT ecosystems. It offers automatic monitorin for my IT team, provides detailed reports to help pinpoint application shutdowns & detects network disruptions. Technically, this tool make easy, faster & efficient my work

    The browser of the application gets slow somtimes aand even crashes sometimes, so i had to re-start the app

Utilizing both agentless and agent-based approaches, it comprehensively tracks the performance and health of the entire IT framework.

    By simplifying the process of debugging performance issues, it facilitates quick resolution of problems. It excels at identifying root causes and swiftly rectifying them, enhancing overall customer experience. The solution provides unmatched visibility, extending beyond just application performance to user experience, supporting infrastructure, and business transactions.

    In essence, it streamlines the process of diagnosing, monitoring, and reporting key IT services, making it faster and more efficient. This ensures smooth operation of IT landscapes and helps businesses maintain high service levels.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The product might seem costly initially, but when its extensive capabilities and scalability are considered, its value becomes apparent. It allows for seamless visibility extension, eliminating the need to integrate multiple additional products. The challenge with eG lies in justifying its upfront investment. Customers often only recognize its worth one or two years in, which can complicate the replacement process, especially if they've committed to four or five other short-term solutions in the interim. So, although eG may seem expensive upfront, it is a comprehensive, long-term solution that could save resources in the future.

    Proactive issue resolution for our applications. Serverless cloud functions along with a microservice backend. Frontends are written in a variety of languages and deployments.
