Overview
WHO NEEDS IT A cosmetic product can be placed on the EU market only if a Responsible Person established in the EU is designated under Article 4 of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009; the UK has the same rule under the UK Cosmetics Regulation. The Responsible Person's name and address must appear on the label, and they must hold the product information file and answer the authorities.
PLANS Cosmetics 5: up to 5 products. Cosmetics 20: up to 20 products. Each for the EU, the UK or both (Europe Services SE in the EU, REP27 LTD in Great Britain).
WHAT YOU GET Signed designation, the label block with our address, custody of the product information file, support with CPNP and SCPN notifications, a desk for authority and consumer requests and a verification code.
HOW IT WORKS
- Subscribe on AWS Marketplace and choose your plan.
- Complete the onboarding form on our website: safety reports (CPSR), safety assessor and products.
- A person reviews the file; once approved you receive the signed designation, the certificate and the label block.
Billing on your AWS invoice. Not included: safety assessment (CPSR) and laboratory testing.

Dimensions summary
These six contracts act as your Responsible Person for cosmetics compliance, each running 12 months. Pricing follows two choices. First, the market: EU only, UK only, or combined EU + UK. Second, product capacity: up to 5 formulas or up to 20 formulas. Several sizes of the same formula count as one product. You pick the market coverage that matches where you sell, then the capacity tier that fits your product count. The combined EU + UK options cover both regions in one appointment, while single-market options cover one. Price rises with broader market coverage and higher product capacity.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One product means one formula. The same formula sold in several sizes counts once. Different shades or scents count separately if their formula differs. A product in a gift set with its own formula counts separately. Choose the capacity tier that matches your distinct formulas.
You send the new product's safety report, Product Information File, and label for review. If you move above your capacity tier, you pay only the difference for the rest of the year. Products below the limit stay covered without extra charge.
The service does not prepare your safety report (CPSR), which a qualified safety assessor must sign. It does not act as your importer or distributor, and does not buy, store, or ship goods. Legal advice on claims or disputes is handled separately.

Vendor refund policy
Cancel at any time from your AWS Marketplace subscriptions: the contract is simply not renewed at the end of the 12 months, with no penalty. If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and before your designation is approved, contact info@gdprrepresentative.com for a full refund. For any billing question write to info@gdprrepresentative.com ; we reply within one working day.
