Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each unit is one running compute instance in your own cloud environment, billed per hour. All six options are the 4xlarge size class. A virtual machine instance counts as one unit while it runs. The software meters instance-hours, so you pay only for the time each instance is active.
Software charges apply per running instance-hour. When you stop an instance, the hourly software charge stops accruing. Underlying AWS infrastructure fees, such as storage attached to a stopped instance, may still apply separately. The software licence meters only the time the instance runs.
All six options run the same Meiro CDP software with identical capabilities. They differ by processor family and generation within the same 4xlarge size class. Your choice affects the hourly rate and processing performance, not which features you receive. Pick the type that matches your workload and cost needs.

Configuration Requirements:
• Network: VPC with three subnets across different Availability Zones • Domains: Three fully qualified domain names (one per service) with DNS management capabilities • Access: EC2 key pair for SSH access and configurable IP restrictions • Credentials: Strong administrative password meeting zxcvbn security standards for all applications
Deployment Options:
• Public Deployment: Use public subnets for direct internet access to Meiro applications • Private Deployment: Use private subnets for VPC-only access with additional security layers • Automated DNS: Provide Route 53 Hosted Zone ID for fully automated certificate validation and DNS record creation • Manual DNS: Leave Hosted Zone empty for manual certificate validation when using external DNS providers
Post-Deployment Access:
Upon successful deployment and certificate validation, customers access three distinct applications: • CDP (Customer Data Platform) for comprehensive customer data management • ME (Meiro Events) for real-time event tracking and analytics • MI (Meiro Integrations) for data integration and workflow automation
All services share common administrative credentials while maintaining separate secure access points through the load balancer's host-based routing system.
Note that the system requires internet access for the initial boot.
