You agree to a set user count under the contract term, and pricing follows that count. To confirm the user quantity that fits your organisation, work with the vendor during setup.

A user is any person connected to your organisation on the platform. This includes students who access financial education and funding tools, plus staff who manage funds and view insights. Each connected account counts toward your total user quantity under the contract.
Cost is tied to the user count you agree under the contract. Since pricing follows that fixed quantity, adding users beyond your agreed count requires confirming a new quantity with the vendor during setup or renewal. The contract does not meter usage automatically.
