Cost visibility has improved and now helps detect unused resources and reduce monthly spend

    Reviewed on Jun 30, 2026
Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

My use case for AWS Tweaker  is for mostly cloud cost optimization since AWS  also provides Cost Explorer and some other features, but they are not up to the mark. So, we switched to AWS Tweaker  for better cost optimization.

    What is most valuable?

The best features of AWS Tweaker that I prefer the most are cost management; actually, there are two. One thing is that we can allocate resources as per projects, and another thing is that it shows all of my resources in one console. I can detect all my unused IPs. AWS  charges for unused public IPs, and this is very difficult to detect when you have many resources running.

In AWS, if I check AWS billings, AWS only shows the number of hours I have been using these IPs. It never shows you the number of IPs you have. You can check that on AWS network interfaces, but for that you have to switch to another tab, and you have to be aware that you can check this on network interfaces. Most people do not know about that. However, AWS Tweaker will literally show you that you have this number of unused IPs, or your EC2  instances are on low utilization, so we can downgrade their compute and can save money.

AWS Tweaker's predictive scaling is good, actually, since its console is very user-friendly. It is very easy to detect where to cut costs and all things. In AWS, I have to go around tabs to see how many instances I am running or how many IPs I have been using, or if there are any resources I am not using but am being charged by AWS.

There is one other thing regarding reports. In AWS, most people will use Cost Explorer because it makes reports for you as per your consumption. However, it is kind of difficult to use it. I remember when we used AWS, I simply downloaded their combined report and then went to ChatGPT to make a report as per my needs. With AWS Tweaker, creating reports is kind of easy as compared to AWS.

The automated resource management of AWS Tweaker basically impacts my cloud infrastructure efficiency for cost optimization. That is our only reason for switching to AWS Tweaker.

    What needs improvement?

Since I have not been using any other cloud optimization platform, I think AWS Tweaker is kind of good for me. I have just switched to AWS Tweaker, so I do not have any suggestions. Since AWS Tweaker only has read access for my resources, it is good for me for now, at least.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using AWS Tweaker for around one year.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I rate the stability of AWS Tweaker as stable, around eight point five out of ten.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I consider the scalability of AWS Tweaker to be good, also at eight point five out of ten.

How are customer service and support?

I would rate the technical support of AWS Tweaker around seven out of ten.

I give a rating of seven to AWS Tweaker's technical support because the response time sometimes has delays, but it is acceptable and there is no problem with it.

    How was the initial setup?

AWS Tweaker does not require any maintenance from me. We have a plan that I do not know which plan we have, but I do not have to do any maintenance myself.

    What was our ROI?

I would say AWS Tweaker has saved me around twenty to thirty percent in return on investment.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I am not aware of AWS Tweaker's pricing; we just got to use it.

What other advice do I have?

In my company, AWS Tweaker is used by around maybe five to ten users since my company is a small company.

I would recommend AWS Tweaker to others looking to implement this product, but others should know about their resources and they should do all optimizations themselves. They only give AWS Tweaker their read access, only read access to their infrastructure, not edit or anything. They have to do the changes or optimization themselves; they can take advice and suggestions from AWS Tweaker, but they have to do that themselves, at least.

I give AWS Tweaker an overall review rating of eight point five out of ten.

Cost dashboards have improved budgeting control and now need deeper predictive insights

    Reviewed on Jun 24, 2026
Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

AWS Tweaker  helps us in cost visualization and optimization, cloud billing, and other FinOps and code optimization engines.

In my project, we are using five or six EC2  machines, so whenever one of a few EC2  machines is not in use, we stop them and manage through AWS Tweaker  how much cost we can save from that day. In that case, we create the dashboard and with the help of visualization, we can maintain the costing and track it.

Cost allocation, optimization insights, and automated reporting are things we can manage with AWS Tweaker.

How has it helped my organization?

AWS Tweaker impacts us in many ways because we saved a lot of cost in our AWS  services. We manage our pricing calculator and AWS  budget. Every monthly and quarterly we have some budget, and using AWS Tweaker, we can manage those things. We can also manage cost anomaly detection. AWS Tweaker is a specialized bill management tool, and by using it, it impacts our organization positively.

    What is most valuable?

The best feature of AWS Tweaker is the splitting of cost allocation because customizing rules to assign cloud costs to specific units, business departments, and different application systems. It offers actionable recommendations regarding right-sizing of instances and reserved planning.

For right-sizing, according to the load and requirement of the customer, AWS Tweaker specifies what cost allocation will be there. Using AWS Tweaker, we can manage our cost and route the traffic in an easy way. After we know that the cost is increasing or decreasing, with AWS Tweaker's help, we manage those things.

    What needs improvement?

AWS Tweaker could benefit from deeper predictive optimization and customization, as the gap exists for complex scenarios. The gap is connectivity to multi-cloud environments. Considering the current scenario, AWS Tweaker can be improved for multi-cloud and this gap can be addressed.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using AWS Tweaker for the last two to three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

AWS Tweaker is very stable. In the current scenario, AWS Tweaker is enterprise-grade. It provides at least 99% uptime, and reliability depends heavily on architectural guidelines, so currently, the durability and availability is 99%. It is a good tool, and by using the dashboard and costing optimization, we can manage many things.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

AWS Tweaker's scalability is dynamically adapted to traffic using an auto-scaling group, managed services, and cache, so horizontal scaling is there. State management is there to move the session data out of the server memory to a centralized high-speed store such as AWS DynamoDB. We can increase its scalability according to the requirement.

How are customer service and support?

Customer support is dependent upon whatever requirements they have and whatever doubts they are getting related to the dashboard, alerting, different types of cost optimization, or what type of instances they have to use. We have to manage those things to save some cost, and using AWS Tweaker, we track back the reports and check with the customers.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

AWS Tweaker is the first one I have used. Our first choice was AWS Tweaker only.

    How was the initial setup?

In my organization, AWS Tweaker is configured as a SaaS-based cost management tool to integrate with our existing AWS environment. Typically, we deploy it through AWS Marketplace  to track the cost and manage the resource. We proceed through AWS Marketplace  only, so different services are there. Roles and permissions are granted, and we have to set up our configuration group rules for AWS Tweaker and the dashboard to allocate the cost, with different departments currently using it.

    What about the implementation team?

I purchased AWS Tweaker through the AWS Marketplace.

    What was our ROI?

Using AWS Tweaker, we can create dashboards and cost optimization tools. We can track the services, so it helps many employees. I estimate around 70 to 80% of people are using it. The return on investment is good, as 70 to 80% of people are using this service, and it helps a lot.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Pricing for AWS Tweaker is currently free to use, as we do not pay for a license fee, subscription cost, or software itself. To set it up, it is primarily managed from AWS Marketplace only, and whenever we need the enterprise version, we need a license and a cost is attached.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

AWS delivers a massive portfolio of AI and machine learning services and AI-generated models, so AWS Tweaker can be trained and modified with the help of AI. Developer access and industry-leading function models can help with generating AI applications. Tasks can be changed using AI, so we can manage those things.

What other advice do I have?

Proactively using budget alerts with AWS Tweaker and leveraging third-party allocation tools can help address various concerns.

I advise that you use AWS Tweaker. It is a good tool to save costs and create dashboards. In every organization, we are using services, and every tool has some cost attached in AWS services, so by using AWS Tweaker, we can save the cost. I would rate this experience a 7 out of 10.

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for AWS Tweaker  is to manage the costs and optimize the platform.

AWS Tweaker  helps our organization gain visibility into cloud spending across multiple AWS  accounts, analyzing resource usage, allocating costs to the teams and projects, and identifying opportunities to reduce cloud expenses.

AWS Tweaker helps identify saving opportunities related to instance sizing, reservation, or resource utilization.

    What is most valuable?

The best features AWS Tweaker offers include centralized cost visibility, cost optimization recommendations, and improved budgeting and forecasting.

Cost optimization recommendation has had the most impact for me because it helps identify savings opportunities.

AWS Tweaker has positively impacted our organization by helping us save costs on cloud computing.

In the past three years, we were able to save approximately 30% overall costs.

    What needs improvement?

AWS Tweaker is still evolving and has a smaller market presence compared to the major FinOps platforms. UI and real-time monitoring improvements are needed. Some of our users report that the interface and real-time monitoring capabilities could be more mature.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using AWS Tweaker for more than five years.

Cost visibility has improved and I now optimize resources but I still need deeper service insights

    Reviewed on Jun 18, 2026
Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for AWS Tweaker  is cloud cost optimization, which helps reduce cloud expenditure by identifying wasteful resources and providing resource visualization and governance, giving me centralized visibility into my multi-account AWS  environment.

For my farm, using AWS Tweaker  for cost optimization and governance would be a significant upgrade. AWS Cost Explorer  gives me a bird's-eye view of my spending, and for cloud governance, it provides an auditing and audit trail of all my API calls and user activity.

For a project focused on digital provenance, these tools provide the sovereign control I'm referring to for my farm or my France Farms website. It gives me self-service baseline, which means I don't need expensive enterprise software tools, and it offers operational efficiency, allowing me to automate routine tasks like right-sizing, budget alerts, and spend less time managing the plumbing of my cloud and more time building features that matter for my exports.

    What is most valuable?

I find myself using the cloud cost visualization the most because I started off as a data analyst. Using a tool that aggregates cloud costs across different accounts and regions and provides a multidimensional statistical analysis helps me understand my spending patterns because of its visualization tool.

The resource optimization feature is essential, as it can identify underutilized resources, which is beneficial.

AWS Tweaker has affected my organization positively because I proactively monitor trends using features like Time Stream , which is more professional than just checking static monthly bills. I also allocate costs accurately, so I know what my Mango Vault or France Farms' operations are costing.

It saved me certain costs because it eliminates wasteful spending. I can use the resource optimization features to identify and terminate idle EC2  instances that are running but are not doing any work, which immediately lowers my monthly bill. It reclaims unused storage, meaning by identifying unattached storage volumes that are sitting idle, I can delete them to stop paying for storage that isn't housing any of my Mango Vault or farm records. With proactive budgeting, I utilize cost prediction analytic features that can catch spending spikes early, allowing me to tweak my resource usage before I exceed my budget.

    What needs improvement?

I suggest deeper support for managed services because many optimization tools focus heavily on EC2  and ignore services like RDS , ElastiCache, or MQ . Expanding the deep dive analysis to cover managed database and serverless components, providing specific tips for optimizing storage, throughput, or memory configuration in those services, is necessary. Also, a unified workflow across multiple environments could create a single manager-centric dashboard that consolidates cost data with infrastructure health and security posture, allowing me to see if a cost-saving measure impacts the system's performance.

I rate AWS Tweaker a seven because I still need deeper support for managed services, expanding on deep-dive analysis to cover managed database and serverless components. I still need a deeper dive within it, and sometimes AWS Tweaker could benefit from more features.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using AWS Tweaker for a year.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

AWS Tweaker has proven to be a highly stable and reliable component of my AWS  infrastructure because it is natively integrated into the AWS ecosystem, providing consistent performance and accurate cost visibility without requiring the complex management overhead of other enterprise platforms.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It is a start-small, grow-fast tool. It is easy to deploy for my initial project needs, but it is architected to support complex multi-account environments, such as France Farms scale, and as France Farms scales, I do not have to worry about outgrowing the tool or needing painful migration as my infrastructure becomes more sophisticated. It handles increasing volume of usage data seamlessly.

How are customer service and support?

I did not use much customer support.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I did not use a different solution before AWS Tweaker.

    How was the initial setup?

When managing pricing setups, cost allocation, and licensing in a cloud-native environment like AWS Tweaker, it is important to approach it with a structured FinOps strategy. The pricing setup and cost allocation were good, with cost visibility and resource optimizations, as well as licensing and compliance.

    What was our ROI?

The time saved is good because I do not need to use much time calculating my spending, and I do not really need many employees.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I chose AWS Tweaker as my primary cost management tool because of its ease of integration, so I did not evaluate other alternatives since its core feature, specifically cost prediction and centralized dashboarding across AWS accounts, perfectly matched the governance and optimization requirements I needed for my project in France Farms.

What other advice do I have?

The best features of AWS Tweaker are cloud cost visualization, resource optimization, reporting, and governance.

AWS Tweaker is deployed in my organization in a hybrid cloud.

For anyone looking into AWS Tweaker, I would say that it is an excellent choice for those ready to transition from basic cloud bill paying to active financial ops management. It is a tool for people who want to be proactive about their cloud health rather than reactive to monthly billing surprises. I rate this solution a seven overall.

Cost prediction has transformed how we manage cloud budgets and allocate expenses by department

    Reviewed on Jun 09, 2026
Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

AWS Tweaker  is my primary tool for AWS  cloud management, which helps us with billing and cost allocation, cost prediction, and budget management.

I use AWS Tweaker  for cost allocation and prediction as it is fundamentally a cost management tool. The primary use case involves managing bills by department or applications with multiple shared resources, as well as for saving plans. We have multiple AWS  accounts across different regions with ROI reports and AI-powered purchase recommendations, which provide valuable support to our operations.

    What is most valuable?

The best feature that AWS Tweaker offers is cost prediction, as it primarily predicts the cost of any additions or trends that are occurring.

The cost prediction feature in AWS Tweaker helps me in my planning and decision-making because, over time, cost management becomes difficult, particularly when we add any services. In this tool, we can predict at least the approximate costs, which makes the process easier and faster.

AWS Tweaker has positively impacted my organization by saving money due to its cost prediction feature, which allows us to predict costs and directly allocate budgets for adding any instances in AWS, thus helping us reduce expenses.

    What needs improvement?

AWS Tweaker is already in a good state. The primary areas for potential improvement are related to AWS and global regions. Additionally, there are some IAM  permissions required that could be improved.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using AWS Tweaker for three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

AWS Tweaker is stable and demonstrates very good scalability.

How are customer service and support?

We have not sought customer support directly. However, I believe the availability might be good since we have approached AWS customer support and found it satisfactory.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We have not used different solutions over time.

    How was the initial setup?

Regarding my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing, I would say the pricing is good because AWS Tweaker is free to use and includes a free tier, so we only pay for the underlying AWS resources such as Lambda and S3  usage.

    What was our ROI?

I have not seen a return on investment, nor can I share relevant metrics such as money or time saved or fewer employees needed.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The pricing is good because AWS Tweaker is free to use and includes a free tier, so we only pay for the underlying AWS resources such as Lambda and S3  usage.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I did not evaluate other options before choosing AWS Tweaker.

What other advice do I have?

AWS Tweaker generates detailed Excel reports on actual cloud usage, cost versus payable bills with breakdowns by business unit and various AWS services such as EC2 , RDS , and S3, all of which contribute to saving time and money.

I have not used the AI capabilities of AWS Tweaker extensively, but we have utilized some automation tools such as auto-tagging Lambda and automated trigger links, along with transferring EBS snapshot data to partner resources such as EC2  and RDS , thus eliminating manual triggers.

My advice to others looking into using AWS Tweaker is that it is very effective for cost optimization and predictions, and I suggest adopting it as it helps optimize costs and predict expenses for services. I would rate this product an eight out of ten.
