WampServer is a Windows web development platform for dynamic web applications using the Apache2 server, the PHP scripting language, MySQL database and also MariaDB. It also has PhpMyAdmin to more easily manage your databases and MySQL Workbench GUI to manage your Mysql and MariaDB server. Perfect solution for setting up a web server to host your websites.

You pay by the hour for the EC2 instance type you run the WAMP server image on. Each dimension matches a specific EC2 instance size, so the rate scales with the compute, memory, storage, or GPU capacity you select. Smaller shared-core instances cost less per hour, while large, memory-optimized, storage-optimized, or accelerated instances cost more. You choose one instance type to fit your workload. There is no upfront commitment; billing runs only while the instance is active. The software image stays the same across all instance types.

Every instance type runs the same image. It includes Apache Web Server, PHP, MySQL, MariaDB, phpMyAdmin, and MySQL Workbench on Windows Server 2019. The underlying software does not change with instance size. You pick an instance type only to match the compute and memory your workload needs.
The hourly software charge applies only while the instance is running. A fully stopped instance stops accruing the per-hour rate. You may still pay AWS for attached storage and other resources that persist while the instance is stopped. Billing resumes when you start the instance again.
