What do you like best about the product?
It’s compatible with my iPhone, and I use it for both my insurance and my military accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit of a pain when i switched phones and had to go through the process of switching the account from one phone to another. Other than that, i love Okta.

Onboarding a new team member with Okta makes life a million times easier. They have all the approved tools necessary to fulfill their responsibilities in one place. What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It is one of the easiest tools to invest in. It just makes sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my teammates stay focused on using the right tools to get their jobs done. They are a lot less concerned about remembering passwords. They also are a lot less likely to color outside the line and try to find new tools beyond the ones we've provided.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta has a seamless portal that allows setting up of SSO and MFA type authentication without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The authentication process over mobile device could be made much easier by allowing auto confirmation via fingerprint rather than OTP.

Single place for storing all authentication without relying on sharing personal information to third party.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta makes it easy to securely access all my applications in one place. The single sign-on experience is convenient, and the multi-factor authentication features help keep accounts secure without being overly complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup and administration can be complicated, and troubleshooting login issues can sometimes be difficult. Some useful features are only available in higher-priced plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This benefits me by saving time, improving security, reducing login frustrations, and making it easier to manage access across multiple applications from one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Okta very useful for identity-based access management. I like that it's a security layer on top of most apps, making it possible to identify who logs in and accesses a specific application. The fact that only enterprise users can access the apps is great because external users won't have the enterprise login created in Okta. It's very important for an enterprise to secure tools and their access, and Okta makes it possible to add identity to both human users and non-human users like agents or systems. I also appreciate that it's accessible via mobile, which is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the admin dashboard could be simplified as it's a bit complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Okta for single sign-on, managing identity-based access, and providing a security layer on apps. It allows only authorized enterprise users to access, enhancing security. Okta adds identity to users and systems, ensuring proper authentication and access control.
