What do you like best about the product?
The interface and layout is easy to understand. All other apps are integrated perfectly and easy to access. If there are any issues, there is quick support to resolve it. This is completely worth the price paid for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. All aligned and useful till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is helpful in providing security for other apps that are integrated with it. On a day to day basis I am able utilise Okta to access other apps with security.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Okta's strong foundation and the great support it provides for Infrastructure as Code. Its workflow capabilities are impressive, and I am fond of the great UI. The amazing integration catalog is a big plus for me, allowing integration with most of our tools, limited only by licenses that don't cover SSO or SCIM. The SCIM feature is particularly valuable, as it helps automate access and license management, streamlining manual tasks and freeing up time for more complex work. Okta's Professional Services were also instrumental during our initial setup, and now we are autonomous with new configurations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of correct status on the login page from the user's perspective to be an issue. Sometimes when a user gets locked, it's not shown to them clearly, only a generic message is displayed. Similarly, if a password is incorrect, the message is vague and just says it can't connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Okta, we manage the employee lifecycle and app access, automate tasks, and integrate tools while triggering workflows via SCIM. It reduces manual work, streamlines processes, and enhances efficiency. We leverage its integration catalog and workflow capabilities for a comprehensive identity management solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Okta Verify mainly to keep my accounts secure with easy two-factor authentication. I really like the push notification style, as it is fast and efficient. The initial setup of Okta was easy, and I use it seamlessly with Gmail, Slack, and Workday. We switched to Okta from Duo Mobile because we found it to be more secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the text messages take too long to arrive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Okta to keep accounts secure with easy two-factor authentication.

If Okta has an outage or configuration issue, it can affect employees’ ability to access many or all of their business applications.
