Tridion Docs is an enterprise-wide structured content authoring, management and collaboration tool using the DITA standard. Also known as a Component Content Management System (CCMS) it helps you turn your long-form content into intelligent information for staff, customers and partners.
By moving away from a document centric approach and moving to componentized content (aka atomic content), you boost content reuse and reduce content duplication - eliminating associated risks, quality and compliance problems.
Tridion Docs allows you to enrich your content with advanced metadata and classification information, such as taxonomy terms, to enable it to be searched and found more easily. You can now launch your portal or AI assisted content delivery channel for product documentation, support information, policies, procedures, guidelines or other information.
