Usage instructions
Running the CData API Server in EC2 is easy. Simply launch a new API Server AMI from EC2, and configure the EC2 instance type, instance details, volume, tags, and security group. The last step of the process will prompt you to create a new key-pair, or select an existing one.
Once the instance has been launched, it will be listed in your EC2 running instances. You can then access the API Server through your browser at the URL: https://instance_public_DNS
In order to log-in, the default username is "admin", and the password is the instance's randomly generated Instance-ID, which you can find from the EC2 Management Console. After agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you will be able to create connections and configure your APIs. For advanced configurations, refer to the documentation or contact support@cdata.com .
