AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing uses a contract structure built on two dimensions. The Starter Edition is your base commitment. It bundles infrastructure, a set amount of Actions, 100 users, and a committed usage level into one package. Actions represent the platform tasks that run as you manage your equipment lifecycle. The second dimension covers Additional Actions over your committed amount. You draw on these only when your usage exceeds what the Starter Edition includes. So the base package sets your baseline, and the overage dimension scales with extra activity beyond that commitment.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Action for billing under the Starter Edition?
An Action is a platform task that runs as you manage your equipment lifecycle. This includes steps like device ordering, shipping, retrieval, repairs, and offboarding workflows. Each triggered task draws from your committed Action pool. When usage passes that pool, the Additional Actions dimension applies.
What happens if I use more Actions than my committed amount includes?
You keep operating. Once you pass the committed Actions bundled in the Starter Edition, extra activity bills through the Additional Actions dimension. Only the overage beyond your commitment carries this charge. Your base package and its included Actions stay unchanged.
What does the Starter Edition include beyond Actions?
The Starter Edition bundles infrastructure, a set amount of Actions, 100 users, and a committed usage level into one package. Users access a self-service portal to order and track equipment. The base package sets your baseline before any Additional Actions apply.

TabPFN-2.5 is a Tabular Foundation Model (TFM) used to make predictions on structured data without hyperparameter tuning and with minimal preprocessing. It is a pretrained transformer that provides instant predictions for classification, regression, and time-series tasks across messy tabular data (numeric, text, categorical, missing values, outliers, uninformative features). TabPFN-2.5 handles datasets up to 50,000 samples and 2,000 features and outperforms tree-based models and multi-hour tuned ensembles. This TabPFN-2.5 model package is free to use under the non-commercial conditions as specified in the model license.

The packaging is solid and gear is protected. Their addiction to shipping boxes, when completely unnecessary, is wild.
What do you dislike about the product?
This company has zero commitment to the environment, and very little empathy for the recipient when it comes to exchanges. I had an exchange issue on a laptop and had saved the original packaging from the first machine. It was 100% viable. I even asked to NOT receive a new empty box for the return. For some reason thay can't figure out how to verify a box is viable for return and simply issue a label. I travel a ton, so I had to wait for a new empty box and trash the existing. Waste of funds, time and resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They ship equipment. Not rocket science but a good service when scaling that need across an org.

Effortless Global IT Logistics and Outstanding Partnership

What do you like best about the product?
We’re still early with Firstbase, but it’s been smooth from the start. They make global IT logistics actually work getting devices to new hires in challenging territories, handling returns and offboarding without the usual headaches. Their team is responsive and feels like a real partner, not just a vendor. Looking forward to scaling with them in Q1.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major yet. It’s been smooth. We’ll see how they handle higher volume as we ramp, but so far, no real complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Global device logistics. Expanding internationally means dealing with shipping, customs, device recovery, offboarding - all the stuff that bogs down IT teams and requires extra headcount. Firstbase handles it so we don’t have to build that infrastructure ourselves. That’s valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
Firstbase streamlines the process of managing, shipping, and tracking equipment information at my company. The platform is easy to use and I am glad we have it implemented
What do you dislike about the product?
Shipping times sometimes takes longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When devices need to be refreshed, it’s an easy way to keep track of that and what user is currently assigned to that device. I also like that it verifies the return address from its customers now

Effortless Setup and Exceptional Support
Reviewed on Dec 19, 2025
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Firstbase is very responsive and helpful when there are issues; they act on it immediately. What works well with Firstbase is that there are periodic meetings with Firstbase agents to understand our concerns and what they can do better. The setup was very seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have seen laptops that were previously used sent to other employees that were not cleaned. Firstbase can work on that. Firstbase should clean the computer more so it is better presented to the employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstbase offloads the configuration process, letting us focus on important tasks. It's responsive, helpful with issues, and offers periodic meetings for feedback. However, laptop cleanliness could be improved.
