Managing customer communication across multiple disjointed platforms often leads to fragmented data, inconsistent messaging, and missed revenue opportunities. Marketing teams and SMBs frequently struggle with high per-message costs and complex technical integrations when trying to scale their reach. CampaignHQ addresses these challenges by providing a unified interface that connects directly to your own infrastructure, such as Amazon SES and WhatsApp Business API, ensuring cost-efficiency and data privacy.
The platform enables users to design, automate, and analyze multi-channel campaigns from a single dashboard. With an intuitive drag-and-drop builder and visual workflow automation, teams can create complex customer journeys that trigger based on real-time behavior. This approach eliminates the need for expensive third-party messaging layers and gives businesses full control over their communication stack.
Core capabilities include a unified contact CRM, automated drip sequences, AI-powered WhatsApp chatbots, and real-time deliverability analytics. Typical use cases involve lead nurturing for EdTech, automated order tracking for eCommerce, and personalized promotional broadcasts for retail. Deployment is managed as a scalable SaaS platform that integrates seamlessly with existing AWS environments, allowing teams to go live in minutes without writing code.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You choose one of three feature tiers billed as a contract in units: Core, Growth, or Scale. These tiers stack, moving up as your team needs more automation, higher sending capacity, and priority reporting. Core suits founders starting out, Growth supports growing teams, and Scale adds features with priority reporting. The platform fee covers software and contacts, while WhatsApp messages are billed separately per message when you send. Email sending runs on monthly credits with daily and hourly capacity limits. Optional add-ons like extra credits, Send Boosts, and agents let you scale capacity beyond your tier's included amounts.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
How are WhatsApp messages billed on top of my tier's platform fee?
WhatsApp messages bill separately per message from the first send under managed billing. Marketing and utility templates carry different per-message rates. Service conversations inside the 24-hour customer-service window are free. If you connect your own WhatsApp infrastructure, provider charges apply directly without added message fees.
What happens if my email sends exceed my tier's monthly credits or daily capacity?
Included monthly credits refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over. To send more, buy extra credits at a per-1,000 rate; these stay valid six months. Credits control monthly volume, not speed. A Send Boost raises daily and hourly capacity but adds no credits.
What drives my bill besides the tier fee — credits, WhatsApp usage, or agents?
Your platform fee covers software and unlimited contacts. WhatsApp usage bills separately per message when you send. Email credits are included monthly, with extra credits charged per 1,000. Additional agents, Send Boosts, and chatbot packs bill as optional monthly add-ons. These charges combine on one invoice.
