AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract has two pricing dimensions that work together. You pay a Monthly User Fee for each user account, so your cost scales with the number of users you add. You also pay a One Time Setup charge, which applies only in your first year. When you renew, the setup charge is waived and you continue paying the per-user monthly fee. The platform is deployed in your own AWS account or in a hybrid model where only storage sits in your AWS account.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for the Monthly User Fee?
One user is one employee account on the platform, such as a video banker, admin, auditor, or group admin. Each person who logs in to make or review video calls counts as one account. Your monthly cost scales with the number of these employee accounts you add.
How does my bill change when I add more users mid-term?
The Monthly User Fee applies per user account, so adding employees increases your monthly charge in line with the added accounts. The One Time Setup charge does not repeat when you add users. Your recurring cost tracks the count of active employee accounts each month.
How do the two charges combine on my invoice?
You pay both charges in your first year: the One Time Setup fee once, plus the Monthly User Fee for each user account. The setup fee is a single upfront charge, while the per-user fee recurs monthly. On renewal, the setup fee is waived, leaving only the recurring per-user fee.
