Overview
HI-VQE represents a significant leap in variational quantum algorithms, optimized for today's NISQ devices. The HI-VQE Basic Plan is designed for organizations requiring technical excellence without an enterprise-scale upfront commitment. This on-demand model maximizes accessibility by allowing users to pay only for the computational value consumed.
To support immediate exploration, the Basic Plan includes 250 complimentary credits for first-time users, allowing you to validate the solver's performance instantly. Subsequent Job Execution Fees are transparently priced based on the quantum scale of your problem: $10 for 1-10 qubits, $25 for 11-20 qubits, and $100 for jobs exceeding 20 qubits. For algorithm verification, classical simulator runs are available at a flat rate of $10 per execution.
The service follows a hybrid billing philosophy. While Job Execution Fees are applied per run, infrastructure costs are settled on a monthly postpaid basis. This Resource Recovery Fee covers actual QPU time and classical cycles, calculated as the total resource usage plus a 5% service fee for AWS operational overhead. Available via AWS Marketplace, this SaaS offering integrates all costs into your AWS account, providing a unified view of your quantum R&D expenditures without the burden of long-term licensing.
Highlights
- The Basic Plan eliminates financial barriers to quantum innovation by requiring no upfront licensing fees or long-term commitments. Users only pay for what they use through a transparent Job Execution Fee structure. To accelerate your initial research, 250 complimentary credits are provided upon first-time registration, allowing teams to immediately validate the solver's performance on NISQ hardware without any initial cost.
- Infrastructure usage, encompassing both QPU and classical hardware, is settled monthly in arrears based on actual consumption. Monthly billing is calculated as the total resource usage plus a 5% service fee for AWS operational overhead. This model ensures your hardware expenses stay strictly proportional to your actual research activity, providing the ultimate flexibility to scale your quantum workloads based on project needs.
- HI-VQE is engineered to maximize the capabilities of current quantum devices through hardware-inspired circuit optimization. By significantly reducing measurement overhead and circuit depth, the solver achieves high-precision ground-state energy estimations. This technical efficiency not only improves the quality of scientific data but also minimizes the resource units consumed per job, making high-accuracy quantum chemistry research more affordable.
