    What do you like best about the product?
    MangoApps has a centralized notification system. Unread messages are reported from the web app, mobile app, or desktop. The instant messaging system is generally easy to manage and has some fun aspects. In addition to this MangoApps has many features such as thread creation, wikis, document versions, image and video previews, mentions and tags, group management, chat functionality and badges, all this makes it the ideal tool for our company.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There's nothing I don't like so far, I would suggest being able to develop a contact list and have different groups for people I need to chat with regularly so I don't have to search for them.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    MangoApps improves teamwork and communication by reducing dependence on email and giving us more control over the company's history and filing system. It includes all the security measures we need and a dashboard made up of customizable widgets that acts as a single source of truth.

    What do you like best about the product?
    MangoApps has features and automation that even our HRIS Paycom doesn't have. I love that it is a one-stop shop for everything in the realm of employee experience - internal comms, recognition, engagement, team building, onboarding, etc. and it makes our processes super efficient with all of the integration and automation tools!
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The downside to having so many features is there are also so many things to learn and it can be overwhelming. Most of it is intuitive but still takes time to go through. Other things, like trackers, are a little more complex but luckily they have an amazing customer support team to walk us through it and the community portal is very helpful at times too!
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Communications, hybrid work engagement/connection, ERG & Affinity group processes/implementation, onboarding, integration, OneLogin, file/content storage/management

    What do you like best about the product?
    MangoApps is used in my organization as a method for staff to communicate informally with each other and with some of the clients. It has an exemplary user interface, is modern and intuitive, and makes it easier and faster for end users to adapt to the software. MangoApps allows you to create groups for staff to interact in a way they don't usually do; likewise, the creation of the groups has been beneficial in expanding internal communication, distributing information and sales, figures discussing progress in the projects of each work team, conduct surveys, questionnaires and forms and more. It also has a wiki section that has allowed staff to contribute to creating and maintaining a shared documentation base.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It is customizable, but it should be noted that too many customizations could overwhelm edits. It is not as easy to post cross-cutting questions between groups.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    MangoApps has helped us noticeably improve communications inside and outside the organization, have a better flow of information, share sales and project data quickly, and establish a sound knowledge base through its wiki section. It has made everything work more dynamically, proactively and soon within the organization by allowing all our staff to stay connected in one place. We have also taken advantage of it to solve internal problems and make decisions based on surveys and forms we apply to the organization through this platform.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Through this platform, we can improve the collaboration and commitment of our employees. This flexible tool allows us to communicate through chat and video conferences with a shared screen. It provides us with the essential functions to keep track of all our activities and working hours.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There is nothing that I dislike about this platform, and we can share important files with our employees through a chat, it allows us to make an electronic signature and manage all communications, ideas and workflow.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It has given us good benefits to gather all our work in one place because we can share knowledge and a good workspace with our employees, it has an excellent user interface

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like Mango apps because of the many options it provides like connecting with people from across the company who are located in remote locations.
    We may discover other people with the same interest, share content, ask questions, send surveys, and react to content posted by other people.
    It is very easy to use and customizable.
    It works for teams of all sizes and has all the necessary security features.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It is not easy to post cross-cutting questions or updates between groups. A lot of content needs to end up in a single group, missing out on some opportunity to reach a larger audience.
    The program crashes when someone posts a message in a large group chat.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Combine intranet, training, teamwork, and content management in a single dashboard and workspace.
    The web interface is a state-of-the-art program.
    We have the opportunity to communicate with all teams, from frontline employees to corporate offices, through a single informational portal.
