An intuitive and customizable informal communication solution

What do you like best about the product?
MangoApps is used in my organization as a method for staff to communicate informally with each other and with some of the clients. It has an exemplary user interface, is modern and intuitive, and makes it easier and faster for end users to adapt to the software. MangoApps allows you to create groups for staff to interact in a way they don't usually do; likewise, the creation of the groups has been beneficial in expanding internal communication, distributing information and sales, figures discussing progress in the projects of each work team, conduct surveys, questionnaires and forms and more. It also has a wiki section that has allowed staff to contribute to creating and maintaining a shared documentation base.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is customizable, but it should be noted that too many customizations could overwhelm edits. It is not as easy to post cross-cutting questions between groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MangoApps has helped us noticeably improve communications inside and outside the organization, have a better flow of information, share sales and project data quickly, and establish a sound knowledge base through its wiki section. It has made everything work more dynamically, proactively and soon within the organization by allowing all our staff to stay connected in one place. We have also taken advantage of it to solve internal problems and make decisions based on surveys and forms we apply to the organization through this platform.
