The all-encompassing employee experience tool
What do you like best about the product?
MangoApps has features and automation that even our HRIS Paycom doesn't have. I love that it is a one-stop shop for everything in the realm of employee experience - internal comms, recognition, engagement, team building, onboarding, etc. and it makes our processes super efficient with all of the integration and automation tools!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to having so many features is there are also so many things to learn and it can be overwhelming. Most of it is intuitive but still takes time to go through. Other things, like trackers, are a little more complex but luckily they have an amazing customer support team to walk us through it and the community portal is very helpful at times too!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communications, hybrid work engagement/connection, ERG & Affinity group processes/implementation, onboarding, integration, OneLogin, file/content storage/management

An intuitive and customizable informal communication solution
What do you like best about the product?
MangoApps is used in my organization as a method for staff to communicate informally with each other and with some of the clients. It has an exemplary user interface, is modern and intuitive, and makes it easier and faster for end users to adapt to the software. MangoApps allows you to create groups for staff to interact in a way they don't usually do; likewise, the creation of the groups has been beneficial in expanding internal communication, distributing information and sales, figures discussing progress in the projects of each work team, conduct surveys, questionnaires and forms and more. It also has a wiki section that has allowed staff to contribute to creating and maintaining a shared documentation base.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is customizable, but it should be noted that too many customizations could overwhelm edits. It is not as easy to post cross-cutting questions between groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MangoApps has helped us noticeably improve communications inside and outside the organization, have a better flow of information, share sales and project data quickly, and establish a sound knowledge base through its wiki section. It has made everything work more dynamically, proactively and soon within the organization by allowing all our staff to stay connected in one place. We have also taken advantage of it to solve internal problems and make decisions based on surveys and forms we apply to the organization through this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Through this platform, we can improve the collaboration and commitment of our employees. This flexible tool allows us to communicate through chat and video conferences with a shared screen. It provides us with the essential functions to keep track of all our activities and working hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about this platform, and we can share important files with our employees through a chat, it allows us to make an electronic signature and manage all communications, ideas and workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has given us good benefits to gather all our work in one place because we can share knowledge and a good workspace with our employees, it has an excellent user interface

I like Mango apps because of the many options it provides like connecting with people from across the company who are located in remote locations.
We may discover other people with the same interest, share content, ask questions, send surveys, and react to content posted by other people.
It is very easy to use and customizable.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to post cross-cutting questions or updates between groups. A lot of content needs to end up in a single group, missing out on some opportunity to reach a larger audience.

Combine intranet, training, teamwork, and content management in a single dashboard and workspace.

Mango Apps pages, blogs and wiki modules are great for sharing information in a simple and visually appealing way.
For several project goals, the Mango Apps tracking module provides a dynamic approach to gathering information both internally and externally.
Groups can serve as dedicated communication and collaboration spaces for teams.
Mango Apps uses chat and private messages to speed up the flow of information.

Great symptom of improvement in remote communications
What do you like best about the product?
MangoApps is used throughout our company because of the many options it provides when connecting teams remotely in the same environment. It is intuitive and what I like most is the ease with which I can send and receive content, documents, surveys, content feedback, chats, forms and more, it really has many resources and also has a very good wiki module to contribute to knowledge bases and shared documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still things that need a little improvement, for example the notification system is not very descriptive and the chat does not support GIFs, which could make it more dynamic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a sensational platform to promote communication remotely and interact dynamically with third parties, work groups, colleagues in other branches of the company and more. The knowledge bases built on the platform are excellent, it is on par with great wiki tools. The platform is fast and serves to share not only messages and information, but also files, documents, graphic content and more, which is great for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recommended, it is excellent for complementing communication, sharing content and internal support especially remotely. Its aesthetics is good, functionally it is better and it has a very good wiki module.

I like that Mango Apps provides a space for project collaboration in a systematic way, where project-related tasks are easily managed, completed, and monitored, it also allows users to collaborate on projects and work systematically through the use of project templates in which they can come up with a standard way to organize project files, pages, and content.

With Mango Apps, we have no problems; it is an excellent option to concentrate the organization's employees in a single intranet environment for internal communications, colleagues, and clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mango Apps provides real-time messaging and group chat to help in the effectiveness of work, allows you to exchange messages instantly and participate in group conversations in real-time from any device, it alerts you when new messages arrive so you don't miss anything.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Mango Apps allow the condensation of information in a few key parameters in a compact and orderly way, as well as communication and interaction with co-workers from a single location.
