What do you like best about the product?
I belive that Celonis platform is th best choice today for process data mining and automation also the innovation direction is very strong. Connector is very strong, visual data mining, object process explorer is very powerful. now there are also other AI features available where it is possible to create assistants in "lowcode" logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
the possibility of setting a brand color, lately some improvements have been made

What do you like best about the product?
it is very easy to use, with direct access to all data from different sources. the implementation of our use cases has been done very quickly with a great suport team directly from Celonis. we use two apps for audit activities for our dayly audit activities. very easy integration with SAP.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing. it can be used for thousands of different analysis and applications

it is simplifyng some analysis that in the past where made manually and it is reducing our lead time of activities

I really appreciate the product's rich functionality, user-friendly interface, and powerful engine.
I think everyone notes Celonis's advantages over its competitors. The main advantage for me is the ability to solve a problem with optimal time and effort expenditure. Working with Celonis, I am focused on the result of my work, on the value that I want to bring to the customer, and not on how I can configure this or that function in the system. It's a great product with great usability, a great academy, and a great community.

Working with Celonis, I am focused on the result of my work, on the value that I want to bring to the customer, and not on how I can configure this or that function in the system. What do you dislike about the product?
I miss being able to use Celonis on-premise. Some of my customers refused to publish data to the Celonis EMS Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We analyzed the process of preparing and signing insurance agreements with clients. Using the system, we identified vital bottlenecks, helped plan actions to eliminate them, and built a set of consoles for operational control of the process.

What do you like best about the product?
It is great for process meaning. We really need to know where to improve, Celonis give that information for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that they can improve the pricing range, but when you use it right, the money doesnt care.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We dont know how to improve our services, so we use Celonis to measure our workflows and find what bottlenecks we have to really know where to change to improve.

What do you like best about the product?
The process mining with celonis is very efficient for the data related to SAP and other modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost everything is covered in this software nothing to dislike.

The inbuilt process explorer help to achieve better profit in targetted modules by providing detailed insights and best in data visualization compare to other tools in the market.
