    Dimensions summary

Student Pulse prices on three independent dimensions that you combine to fit your institution. You pay based on the number of student records held, regardless of where each student sits in their journey or status. You add functional modules and pay only for the functionality you subscribe to. You also pay according to the number of users, with amounts varying by user role and type. Together these dimensions scale your cost with your record volume, chosen modules, and user counts.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

A student record is one student held in the system, counted regardless of where the student sits in their journey. Prospects, applicants, current students, those on a break, and alumni all count as records. Status does not change whether a record is billed.
You pay across three dimensions at once. Record volume, subscribed functional modules, and user counts each meter independently and add together. Record count often drives the base cost. Adding modules or users raises the total further. All three charges appear on the same invoice.
Yes. Pulse supports different user roles and types, and charges vary by role. Each user you add is counted, but the amount charged reflects that user's role or type. You subscribe to the roles your teams need.
