Pricing

This contract gives you 50,000 credits for your Clarify plan. Clarify bills by usage, not by user seats, so you can add unlimited users without changing the price. Credits power the AI work done for your team, such as meeting prep, meeting summaries, deal summaries, field updates, and task creation. Each AI action draws from your credit pool at a set rate. Some functions, like background enrichment and meeting recording, run without using credits. This single dimension covers the credit quantity itself, not a per-seat or tiered subscription.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Credit costs vary by action. Meeting prep and meeting summaries each use 30 credits. Deal summaries and deal detection use 20 each. Field updates and meeting task creation use 10 each. AI field autofill ranges from 3 to 30. Campaign emails and Lead Finder imports use 1 each.
When your workspace credit balance reaches zero, AI features pause until your next billing cycle. You can turn on on-demand credits to keep features running at a per-credit rate, with an optional spend cap. Meeting recording keeps working regardless of your balance. Background enrichment also continues.
Yes. You can enable or disable overages for your workspace. You can also toggle specific credit-consuming features on or off, such as meeting summaries or task creation. You receive email notifications at 80%, 90%, and 100% of your credit allowance, so you can track usage.
