Dimensions summary
You pay based on what you monitor each month. Three usage dimensions bill independently, and you can combine them. The resource dimension charges per unique protected resource, such as a server, virtual machine, or client. The endpoint dimension charges per unique protected endpoint, like a workstation. The storage dimension charges per terabyte of monitored storage per month. Your total scales with the count of resources, endpoints, and storage you actively protect during the billing period. There is no upfront commitment; charges track usage across the monthly cycle.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A resource is a single item Bocada monitors, such as a server, virtual machine, or client. Each one you actively protect during the month counts as one unique resource. Endpoints like workstations are counted under the separate endpoint dimension, not the resource dimension.
All three dimensions bill independently and add together on one monthly invoice. Resources and endpoints are counted per unique protected item. Storage is billed per terabyte monitored. Your total depends on how many of each you protect. There is no single dominant metric; it reflects your specific environment mix.
Charges track unique protected items during the monthly billing period. If a resource, endpoint, or storage volume is no longer monitored, it stops counting toward future billing. There is no upfront commitment, so your cost follows what you actively protect each cycle.
