    What do you like best about the product?
    The best thing I like about ServiBOT is our trust for keeping our enterprises data safe and secure while using their bot solutions ,also voice add on functionalities provide more interactive user friendly experience to our customers .
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Its pricing is comparatively higher as compared to other competitiors in the market
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    its a low code platform ,with drag and drop model ,moreover its already provided template designs helps to create high quality chatbots without writing complex code for the same .Its bots are modularized and scalable which helps me to communicate information between each other bots via chat ,sms,mails .Also ,its interactions with voice assistants provide amazing feature to our product .

    What do you like best about the product?
    Unlike other chatbots, this one allows the integration of AI bots to work/collaborate with live agents.
    They also can trigger live conversations 24*7, on a need basis which was quite helpful.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Pricing was bit on the higher end for our client during potential research and implementation
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We deployed ServisBOT to handle a huge volume of website inquiries for our clients.

    When we couldn't afford to have a massive team handling similar questions about our financial products and services on a daily basis, we resorted to this AI bot solution to address the questions with ease and efficiency. It not only cut down service time but also cost.

    Tools which are provided are easy for bot building. Multiple channels are provided which helps wider range.

    Not much, just minor bugs and difficulty on customisation.

    The best things about servisbot is it is AI genetics SaaS develper which give smooth chat experience with different software users during the business program
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Its stuck sometimes while we using as it is AI generated box which don't have a human emotion that can't understand the cx emotion according to their needs.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The solving problems like call back and shopping assistance to the cx and also provide employees support calls that give us a smooth working experience with servisbot

    The ability to automate customer interactions, streamline customer service processes and provide personalized experiences, resulting in improved efficiency and customer satisfaction. It improved customer service, cost and time savings, scalability, enhanced customer engagement, data-driven insights, and integration and customization options.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Interacting with a chatbot is not as natural or satisfying as conversing with a human representative. I prefer engaging with human customer service agents.

    By automating routine customer interactions, Servisbot reduces the need for manual intervention, saving time and resources for businesses. This allows customer service teams to focus on more complex and high-value tasks.
