The ServisBOT Conversational AI Platform, built on AWS technologies and services, provides a suite of tools and services that enable business users and developers to quickly and easily build or enhance chatbots across all major NLP platforms and architect and orchestrate multi bot solutions, improving customer and employee engagement across channels like Amazon Connect, Alexa, messaging, SMS, web, email, and collaboration tools (Chime, Teams, Slack) etc.
The platform includes API integrations to Amazon Connect (and other contact center tech), Lex, Kendra, Comprehend, Sagemaker and other AI services and is built on an enterprise-grade architecture that supports centralized security, integration and deployment.

The best thing I like about ServiBOT is our trust for keeping our enterprises data safe and secure while using their bot solutions ,also voice add on functionalities provide more interactive user friendly experience to our customers .

its a low code platform ,with drag and drop model ,moreover its already provided template designs helps to create high quality chatbots without writing complex code for the same .Its bots are modularized and scalable which helps me to communicate information between each other bots via chat ,sms,mails .Also ,its interactions with voice assistants provide amazing feature to our product .

Unlike other chatbots, this one allows the integration of AI bots to work/collaborate with live agents.
They also can trigger live conversations 24*7, on a need basis which was quite helpful.

The best things about servisbot is it is AI genetics SaaS develper which give smooth chat experience with different software users during the business program

Its stuck sometimes while we using as it is AI generated box which don't have a human emotion that can't understand the cx emotion according to their needs.

It improved customer service, cost and time savings, scalability, enhanced customer engagement, data-driven insights, and integration and customization options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interacting with a chatbot is not as natural or satisfying as conversing with a human representative. I prefer engaging with human customer service agents.
