Vendor refund policy
Implementations are non-refundable once the project has started, as these cover configuration, onboarding and technical deployment services. Recurring subscriptions are billed according to the agreed contract terms and are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun. Service credits or partial refunds may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
