Template-based packages set how many document templates you can build, starting with a Basic Package that bundles pages, templates, and one designer, then scaling up through higher template counts and Advanced and Premium levels. Quote packages instead price by document volume, sold in tiers from smaller to larger counts. A separate set of AI Quote packages covers volume for the AI-based accessibility processing, also tiered by count. You pick the group and size that matches your template or document needs.

A template is a master layout you build for one document type, such as a financial report or protocol. It captures the structure, headings, tables, and text so the system can process matching documents. Your package's template count sets how many distinct document types you can define for accessibility processing.
Both Quote package groups meter document volume by count. The standard Quote packages process documents using master templates you build in advance. The AI Quote packages instead use AI-based processing that produces accessible PDF/UA files without templates or manual editing, so the count reflects AI-processed documents.
It depends on which group you buy. Template-based packages price by how many document types you define, so template count drives cost. Quote and AI Quote packages price by document volume, so the number of processed documents drives cost. You choose one group per contract based on your workload.

Vendor refund policy
All sales are final. Refunds are issued only for verified non-delivery or failure to meet agreed specifications that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
