Dimensions summary
You choose from four contract tiers: Start, Advanced, Extended, and Scale. Each tier is a bundle, and pricing scales as you move up. Higher tiers give you more video analysis credits, more user licenses, more personalized generative models, and more storage. All tiers include the same 12 pre-trained models and unlimited versioning and export. Support also scales by tier, from chat support to a dedicated customer success manager. The Extended and Scale tiers add security features like SSO. Credits measure video analysis hours, so a tier's credit count sets how much video you can process.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Credits measure video analysis time. The tier descriptions equate credit totals to hours of analysis for the largest model. For example, 3000 credits equal about 5 hours, and 6000 credits equal about 10 hours. Higher tiers give more credits, so you can process more video.
Each tier sets a user license count. Start covers 1 user, Advanced covers 3, and Extended covers 5 users plus up to 50 collaborative users. Scale covers 100 collaborative users with no limit. To add more users than your tier allows, you move to a higher tier.
Every tier includes 12 pre-trained models and unlimited versioning and export. Personalized generative models, storage, credits, user licenses, and support level differ by tier. Client data is never used to train models, and you keep full intellectual property ownership of your content.
