Overview
Reflect for AWS enables fast and reliable web and mobile test automation - without any coding. Use record-and-play to create tests, or type in human-readable steps to generate AI-powered tests.
It also integrates seamlessly with AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeDeploy and AWS CodeBuild to support CI/CD workflows, ensuring efficient test execution. After each test run, Reflect for AWS provides detailed yet simple results, so you always know the status of your app.
Reflect for AWS also has an intuitive interface, making it easy to navigate and get started. Unlike open-source tools that often require complex setups, Reflect simplifies the entire testing process. Once your tests are running, the self-healing technology adjusts automatically to minor app changes, minimizing maintenance and preventing test failures. This means your team can deliver high-quality releases with confidence, every time.
Reflect for AWS uses a credit-based system for test runs: web tests use 1 credit, mobile tests use 5 credits, and API tests use 0.1 credits.

What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
The best features that Reflect offers are that it is easy to use, intuitive, and it does not require programming. It has benefited me greatly that Reflect is intuitive and does not require programming, since I do not have programming concepts, I can do the automations without help from a developer.
Reflect has positively impacted my organization by helping to reduce testing time by 80%.
What needs improvement?
At the moment, I have no complaints about how Reflect could improve. I would not like to add anything else about possible improvements or aspects that could be optimized in the future.
I give it a rating of eight because of the help it has given me, but sometimes the test cases do not work well with certain technology. I have already spoken about compatibility improvements with the developers and they told me they are working on it.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Reflect for around two years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I consider Reflect to be stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I rate the scalability of Reflect positively; it adapts well to my organization's needs when projects grow.
How are customer service and support?
The customer support from Reflect has been good; they are always willing, available, and attentive to any question, suggestion, or support we need. We have a Slack channel where we are in contact. I would rate the support from Reflect nine out of ten.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We did not use any other solution for test automation, and that is why we implemented Reflect.
How was the initial setup?
In my case, I was not involved in the price, implementation cost, and licensing of Reflect; it was assigned to the project where I work.
What was our ROI?
I have seen a return on investment with Reflect in terms of time savings. The tests now take much less time than before. My team saves 80% less time thanks to Reflect compared to the previous process.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Other options were not evaluated before choosing Reflect, though alternatives were considered before deciding on Reflect.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to other professionals considering using Reflect is not to be afraid to try the tool. It is a very useful and easy-to-use tool that is intuitive, and professionals should not be afraid to use it. I give this review a rating of eight out of ten.
