What do you like best about the product?
PointFive has a seamless and intuitive user interface that guides you through the process of cloud cost optimization. The solution covers a lot of cloud services and approaches the opportunity investigation different than the cloud native monitoring capabilities. We get great customer support and receive feedback incredibly fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are further use cases that need to be tackled in the future to cover a wider range of cloud services. However, the main cost factors are already there. The user management on the platform needs further development to cater for the need of large number of users with different scopes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PointFive helps reduce cloud costs by detecting and eliminating hidden inefficiencies. Its automated insights and remediation workflows empower teams to proactively manage cloud costs. This leads to significant savings and improved operational efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
PointFive has been very helpful in identifying significant cost-saving opportunities that would have otherwise gone unnoticed. Their team is highly flexible and responsive to the specific nuances of our company, adapting their approach to fit our context rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all model. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making complex data accessible. Most importantly, they are genuinely open to feedback and have acted as true partners in evolving and improving the solution alongside us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike. If anything, some of the more advanced features could benefit from additional documentation or onboarding guides that was demonstrated by some issues in adoption by more marginal stakeholders—but given their openness to feedback, we’re confident these improvements are already underway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PointFive is helping us identify meaningful cost-saving opportunities across our cloud usage, allowing us to optimize spending more effectively than before. It has successfully replaced AWS’s native tools for this purpose, offering a better, more efficient solution and a more flexible and insightful experience. Beyond the technical benefits, PointFive has played a key role in driving greater cost and waste awareness throughout the company, helping us build a culture of ownership and efficiency when it comes to resource usage.
