We love that PointFive's platform is not only intuitive and visually appealing but also integrates seamlessly with our existing systems, simplifying our implementation process. Their customer service is exceptional—responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in addressing our needs. Beyond that, the platform transforms our data into actionable insights by uncovering significant cost-saving opportunities and offering granular analysis like per-customer spending. What do you dislike about the product?

We don't have many dislikes, but as expected, there's still some work to be done on our side to fully implement all the cost-saving measures. While it can't all be automated just yet, we’ve been impressed with the many useful suggestions and automations the platform offers, which will allow us to continue optimizing our operations moving forward.
