In Parallel is the shared context layer between your AI tools and your organisation. It turns every meeting, discussion thread, and email into structured intelligence your whole team can act on automatically. Notes are free up to 10 meetings/user/month.
Most decisions disappear before they reach execution. They get forgotten, reinterpreted, or quietly contradicted in the next meeting. Plans drift. Dependencies go unnoticed. The result: over 400 hours a year lost re-aligning on work that was already agreed.
In Parallel is the missing layer between your AI tooling and your organisation. It captures every meeting silently across Zoom, Teams, and Meet transcribing in 50+ languages and extracting nine signal types per session: decisions, actions, risks, dependencies, escalations, opportunities, learnings, progress updates, and obstacles.
Four surfaces work together over one shared record:
Notes What just happened? Every meeting makes the next one more useful. Free up to 10 meetings/user/month.
Plans What's the plan, and what's slipping? A self-updating execution model that detects drift before it becomes a miss, recalculates dependencies when reality shifts, and syncs to Jira, Asana, Linear, and Notion. From 69/user/month.
Diagnostics How is the org actually running? Continuous behavioural scoring across every meeting, traceable to transcript evidence across ten dimensions. What a consultancy delivers in twelve weeks, you get in 48 hours.
MCP Ask anything from any AI. The Parallel Context Graph connects to Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor all drawing from the same always-on organisational memory.
8 hours a week back per manager. Zero churn. 24+ customers. Founded 2023, backed by Lifeline Ventures and Notion Capital.

You buy this product through a single seat-based license. Each unit covers one user who owns a team, project, business unit, or account. Pricing scales by the number of active users you license — passive users with no usage are not invoiced. There are no separate tiers or instance sizes to choose. You add or remove seats to match how many people actively use the product.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one seat for billing purposes?
One seat covers one active user who owns a team, project, business unit, or account. Billing counts active users only. Passive users who record no usage in the period are not invoiced. Workspaces themselves are free to create, so cost tracks people, not the number of workspaces.
What happens to my bill if a licensed user stops using the product?
Cost tracks active use. A user who records no usage in the billing period is treated as passive and not invoiced. So if someone stops using the product during a period, you are not charged for that user. Charges resume when they become active again.
Is this priced per user or per workspace, and are integrations charged separately?
Pricing is per active user, not per workspace. You can create workspaces at no extra charge. Integrations are included and not billed separately. Your cost is driven entirely by how many people actively use the product in each billing period.
