    Pricing is based on contract duration. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for any usage exceeds the entitle amount or not covered in the contract. These charges will be applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to your entitlements will expire.

    It's efficiency and flexibility to analyzes the performance of local and wide area networks.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    No cons that I can add here for the time being.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The tool helps admin in monitoring and analyzing the strength of their local networks. It can even help you gather information about WAN networks.

    The fast customer service on our data storage makes me chose thousand eyes.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Less capability to handle data storage as compared to Amazon AWS.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    My organization is a small one and the pricing structure of thousand eyes is one I like the most.

    There is a learning curve required to understand full potential of the product.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Networking service reliability. There was high queue for monitoring. In the end we went along using Datadog.

    There is nothing as of now. I will share for sure if something comes up.
