What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Udemy Business is for cybersecurity training. As a FinTech company, we have utilized many compliance courses that are available on Udemy Business to train many of the people that work with customers.
What is most valuable?
In my opinion, the best features Udemy Business offers are the huge options of courses, which are very useful. Out of all those course options, the compliance ISO 27001 course stands out to me as especially valuable.
Udemy Business has definitely been helpful in answering security questionnaires for cybersecurity awareness, as we are able to verify completion very easily now. Since using Udemy Business, it has definitely made compliance training faster and made it easier to deal with customers who ask these questions.
What needs improvement?
I do not have any suggestions for improvement, as I cannot criticize it; I cannot find any criticism for it. It is too early to tell if there is even one area for improvement.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Udemy Business for four months now.

In my experience, Udemy Business is stable.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can grab any course for free with my Udemy Business subscription. It's great for fine-tuning my learning based on my Cloud and DevOps experience. I find the rating and reviews feature really useful as it gives me an insight into the course before I commit fully. The ability to download the Udemy Business app on my mobile and sync my progress across all devices is incredibly convenient. I also appreciate being able to download valuable resources and communicate directly with instructors to resolve any queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t see any disadvantages. You can get any course you want for free!! In fact, the company covers the entire cost, so you don’t have to pay a single dime to buy a course. It’s a very good platform for learning new courses and picking up new skills. Overall, I can’t really find any cons.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Udemy Business is the breadth and quality of its course library. I like how flexible Udemy is. I can learn anytime and anywhere, and there are courses for almost everything. The frequent discounts also make the courses very affordable. Udemy is a great learning platform with a wide variety of courses. It’s easy to use and very helpful for improving skills at your own pace. I’ve learned a lot from different instructors, especially for practical and job-related skills.

One thing I dislike about Udemy is that the quality of courses can vary a lot depending on the instructor. What do you like best about the product?
I really like the huge collection of courses that Udemy Business provides. It's great being able to create learning plans and assign courses to my team members, and I can check the learning engagement from my team and encourage them to learn more. As a manager, it helps me engage my team effectively. The continuous addition of newer courses ensures that the learning topics are always up-to-date. Personally, it provides me with so much to learn which is really valuable.
