What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Udemy Business is in success and enablement to create custom learning paths for my team, particularly for certain skill training for which I did not have an in-house subject matter expert. Sharing Udemy Business organization-wide instead of hiring subject matter experts for every conceivable topic saves us a lot of money.

Therefore, Udemy Business was appropriate for both technical and non-technical audiences.

I’ve learned a lot from different instructors, especially for practical and job-related skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Udemy is that the quality of courses can vary a lot depending on the instructor. Some courses are excellent, very detailed, and up-to-date, while others feel outdated or a bit rushed. It can take some time to find the right course that really matches your needs. Another thing is that, while there’s a huge library, the search and filtering options could be better — sometimes it’s hard to quickly find the most relevant courses. Lastly, even though courses are affordable, you sometimes need to wait for discounts to get a really good price, which can be a little frustrating.

Overall, it’s especially useful for ongoing skill development without getting in the way of my regular work.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Udemy Business is that the quality of courses can vary depending on the instructor. While many courses are excellent, some feel a bit outdated or not deep enough for advanced users. Also, it can sometimes take time to find the most relevant course among so many options, especially when you’re looking for very specific or advanced topics.

Bridging daily work challenges with continuous learning
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Udemy Business is how practical it is, allowing me to immediately apply the learning to real-life situations. The content is not just about explaining concepts, but helping to apply them directly in our day-to-day work, making learning feel purposeful rather than just theoretical. Another standout aspect is the flexibility; it lets us learn at our own pace and choose courses based on real work challenges rather than being limited by a fixed curriculum.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where Udemy Business could improve is content consistency. Since courses are created by different instructors, the depth, teaching style, and quality can vary. While there are many excellent courses, it sometimes takes extra time to find the one that matches the exact level or learning approach we are looking for. Another challenge is navigation and discovery, and I also faced that hands-on experience and assessment could be stronger in some courses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, I spent a lot of time figuring out which skill actually matters for my role. Udemy Business removes this confusion by offering curated courses and learning paths aligned with real job requirements.
Company trainings often depend on different trainers, leading to uneven quality. Udemy Business offers consistent, high-quality courses.
