What do you like best about the product?

I really like Udemy Business for a variety of reasons. It provides a wide variety of courses which is awesome, and the flexible, self-paced learning is a big plus as it allows me to learn at my own pace. I appreciate the easy access to relevant technical and professional skills that it offers. The personalized recommendations based on skill gaps, self-paced learning, and progress tracking are features I find really useful. The initial setup was really easy, which made getting started frictionless. Udemy Business also offers relevant and up-to-date courses, which help align learning paths with specific job roles and career goals.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think Udemy Business is a perfect tool, but if you can find more up-to-date content, consistent course quality, and better personalized recommendations, it would be more hands-on and production real.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Udemy Business addresses skill gaps by providing easy access to relevant learning resources, allowing employees to continuously develop their skills for current and future roles, and offering targeted learning resources for improvement.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s free for me because my company provides access, which means I’m able to take the training at no cost. There are a lot of courses available, with plenty of training modules and instructors to choose from.

Udemy has a wide range of training courses, but I find it quite complicated to identify the right course for my learning needs because there are so many options available. It would be helpful if Udemy could provide better course recommendations based on a learner’s career goals and experience.

Another challenge for me as a Malaysian user is the pricing. Some courses are priced in USD, which can become quite expensive after currency conversion. More localized or affordable regional pricing would make the platform more accessible.

I also find LinkedIn Learning more attractive in some cases because the training can be more affordable, and after completing a course, I can add the certificate directly to my LinkedIn profile. This is useful for showcasing my learning and professional development to recruiters and employers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem for me is that there are too many choices, and it feels expensive. Since I pay everything in USD, the cost adds up. Other platforms offer cheaper prices when compared to LinkedIn Training, and they also provide training and certifications that are easy to add to my profile.

Having a wide range of courses in one place has helped me quickly develop new technical and professional skills, apply them in real projects, and stay current with evolving technologies. What do you like best about the product?

Amazing UI, ease of access, fast, AI support, fairly priced courses, support from the course organisers, and the way our organisation has suggested and integrated the courses for the staff using this brilliant platform. Udemy for business has also made it easy to let us learn on the go using the mobile application support.

What do you dislike about the product?

Even though Udemy Business has a large library of content and courses, there are a lot of subjects and areas which can be improved. For example, there are not many expert courses and hands on trainings that are provided over here. It somehow tends to be a bit more generic. We have some specific courses, but they also don't provide in-depth knowledge.

It solves workplace fragmentation by implementing features like AI Role Plays and deep integrations, shifting training from isolated, "just-in-case" sessions into a continuous, "just-in-time" flow of daily work.

I really appreciate the user-friendly and intuitive interface of Udemy Business. It feels like a convenient ecommerce platform, making it easy to add courses to a cart and enroll in them, just like shopping on Amazon. This ease of use makes learning interesting and straightforward. The platform also provides a wide range of course catalogs, helping me enhance my skills and plan for future goals, which is valuable for my job role and performance evaluations. The SSO type login for accessing the platform is also straightforward, integrating seamlessly with our organization portal.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't see any new big creators or instructors signing up on Udemy Business. There are only a few from the past, and I remember them from my college times. There seems to be a lack of promoting big instructors or establishing a strong instructor-level connection on the platform.

Complicated tasks are visualized so they are easy to keep track of.
I struggle with keeping all the parts in one place, and UB helps me by creating a visual landscape that makes managing many parts easy.
Drag and drop interface is very easy to use and intuitive.
I find it that my coleagues are better at navigating tasks too because they can see the solutions easy

What do you dislike about the product?

some courses are better than others.
I find that specific niches are not covered as well as they could be.sometimes outdated information is presented as fact, when a quick research shows that newer practices are a better match for the busineess situation

udemy business helps solve the problem where one colleague knows one thing, another knows something else.. and it is hard t oconect those specific knowledges.
It helps leadership streamline what should be developed in team members, and to see which skills are a priority and what can be learned from one another

I use Udemy Business to build new skills and stay current professionally. It helps solve my lack of knowledge in areas required for business. I like the great variety of high-quality courses that are easy to access and learn from at my own pace.

What do you like best about the product?

One of the biggest advantages for us has been how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. Employees were able to jump in and start learning right away without needing much guidance, which made rollout across our team much smoother than we expected. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, so people spend their time actually learning rather than trying to figure out how the platform works.

This ease of use translated directly into time savings on employee training. Instead of coordinating in-person sessions or building out training materials from scratch, we could point employees to relevant courses and let them learn at their own pace. That freed up a lot of hours for our team that used to go into organizing training.

Beyond the time savings, we've also seen a real improvement in employee skills. People have been able to pick up new capabilities relevant to their roles, and it's been encouraging to see them apply what they learned on the job.

What do you dislike about the product?

Pricing has been one of our main pain points. As our team has grown, the cost of maintaining licenses for everyone has added up more than we initially expected, and it hasn't always felt proportional to the value we get out of it, especially for departments that use the platform less frequently. More flexible pricing tiers based on usage would be a welcome improvement.

Support response times have also been slower than we'd like. When we've run into issues or had questions, it sometimes took longer than expected to get a resolution, which was frustrating when we needed a quick turnaround. Faster response times, or a more robust self-service help center, would go a long way in addressing this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Udemy Business, one of our biggest challenges was populating our LMS (TalentLMS) with courses that were actually relevant to our employees' roles, rather than generic content that didn't move the needle. The integration between Udemy Business and TalentLMS has been superb, making it easy to pull in high-quality, applicable courses without a lot of manual work on our end.

This has saved us a significant amount of time that we used to spend coming up with training content from scratch. Instead of our team building out courses internally, we can rely on Udemy Business's library to fill that gap quickly and effectively.

The AI-powered features have also been a nice surprise, helping us plan out career growth paths for employees. It's given us a clearer way to map out where people can go next in their careers and what skills they need to get there, which has made our overall talent development strategy more structured.
