The DTP-MDS package supports 20,000 users. Each dimension is billed as a unit under the contract term. The Dataprev Internal Special Package meters up to 2,000 video-on-demand licenses rather than a fixed user count. It targets internal video-on-demand distribution. The Premium Student and DTP-MDS packages instead scale by number of authorized users. You choose based on whether you count licenses or users.
Each package is billed as a fixed unit for a set user cap under the contract. Growing past your cap means moving to a package with a higher user count. The transition is not automatic. To confirm how upgrades apply, contact the vendor.

Vizzto EULA includes a refund policy compliant with U.S. consumer protection laws like the FTC Act. Refunds are available for software defects, delivery failure, or dissatisfaction, provided the user hasn't breached the license or overused the software. Requests must be made within 14-30 days and will be processed via the original payment method. The company ensures timely, transparent handling of refund requests.
