Nice Dashboard and cool insights.
What do you like best about the product?
Information is key to close any deal. Our salespeople used to spend a lot of time before the call to analyze the prospect's need and behaviour using multiple sources. Today Freshsales provides all those insights in a single screen enabling us to move quickly and close deals easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing about emails landing in the Spam/Junk folder, but I guess that's the issue with every email marketing tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating quality leads, and getting Customer insights on the communications being sent periodically.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get started and get organized. You are sure to discover new insights, and who knows, new deals that you struggled to win over earlier.
Low entry barrier - quick adoption from the agents - delievers all we need plus some more
What do you like best about the product?
Clean and fast, very good mail and phone integration, reasonable filter and sorting options and highly customizable leadscoring that also includes customer activity patterns on the website and with the agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to be able to jump from lead to lead in my cue instead of going into the lead back to the overview and into the lead again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer aquisition, customer activation --> integration of the usage patterns from the website help us a lot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
simply give it a try - before we switched I moved all my personal conacts aso to freshsales and gave it a try on real life requirements before we switched.
If you want a good integration of CRM, Website, Customer Support, mail, calendar and phone this might be a solution for you but is not superdupercustomizable so like always it realy depends on your needs
