    • Integrate with various CRM and automation tools.
    • Automate call recordings.
    • And so much more.

This image removes the heavy lifting of setting up simple or scalable VICIdial deployments.

    Getting Started:
    1. Launch a new EC2 instance and choose your instance type. An instance with ephemeral storage is recommended. Refer to the instructions and tips section on Swap and Recording.
    2. Assign an elastic (static) IP to the instance.
    3. SSH into the server with 'ec2-user' and your key.
    4. Switch to root by typing 'sudo -i'.
    5. Agree to the license and set your preferred language and timezone.
    6. To begin a single server setup, run 'express-setup'. Advanced users with specific needs should run 'standard-setup' and review our detailed instructions.
    7. Follow the on-screen setup directions and reboot the server.
    8. After the setup, you may need to open/close additional ports in the instance's security group depending on your configuration.
    9. We recommend installing a free SSL certificate. You can do this by pointing a domain to your IP and running 'vicibox-ssl' as root.
    10. Visit https://your-instance-ip-or-domain, click Administration and enter '6666' for the username and your instance ID (found in the AWS web console) for the password.
    11. Enter a new password and proceed to users.
    12. Click the default user and add all necessary permissions under the "ADMIN INTERFACE OPTIONS" section.

After setting all of the admin interface options you need, you'll be free to configure Vicidial.

Exactly what I've been looking for.

As far as I can tell, this is Vicibox (pre-installation) with modifications to make it work on AWS. The only problem I had was that the Asterisk Version was not set correctly under servers. It should be 13.21.1-vici. A more advanced guide would be nice too. Other than those two complaints, this is exactly what I've been looking for.
