Exactly what I've been looking for.

As far as I can tell, this is Vicibox (pre-installation) with modifications to make it work on AWS. The only problem I had was that the Asterisk Version was not set correctly under servers. It should be 13.21.1-vici. A more advanced guide would be nice too. Other than those two complaints, this is exactly what I've been looking for.

As of July 2021. As many times I tried to install the vicidial after the install it shows 100% on the report page with RED marks. I tried to change the OpenSUSE 15.2 from the built-in OpenSUSE 15.1. Still no changes. Wondering if this dialer is still in the production phase right now. Or it has expired.

Hi... would request you to kindly help me understand what would the cost be for 10 extensions (phone extns to dial like 1002, 1003 etc). We would also need 10 users (agents who will sign into those phones). These 10 agents will be using (talk over the phone) approximately 40 hours in total everyday. (Historically, as we are using Vicidial 2.1ce installed from a scratch on location, one agent talks over the phone for 4 hours (outbound). So its, 10 users using 10 phones and dialing out to US customers 40 hours everyday. Will you be able to provide VOIP carriers also? If yes, could you add it to the approximate cost. What is the level of Tech Support provided?
