What do you like best about the product?

I like Rubrik's simple UI with a modern feel compared to other backup tools like Veeam. The policy-based backups make it easy to manage, automating tasks like schedules and retentions, which reduces the manual effort. Additionally, the initial setup of Rubrik is pretty straightforward based on my experience with demos and what I've worked through.

What do you dislike about the product?

I haven't used it deeply yet since we aren't using it in prod yet, my eyes have mostly been on things that we already look for in general. But looks like some configs, and license-pricing aren't very clear and needs a bit of studying I guess. I don't have any specific suggestions since I haven't evaluated enough. But clearer guidance on some like SLA config for first timers and more straightforward explanation on licensing could help.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Rubrik for simplifying backup management, reducing manual effort with its policy-based backups and simple UI. It streamlines VM recovery and automates schedules and retentions.

What do you like best about the product?

It provide simplicity, reliability, and excellent performance in backup and recovery task. Its UI is very clean and user friendly make it easy to manage backups, monitor jobs, and restore workloads. Routine administrative tasks are straightforward and saves time for IT teams.

Its major advantage is its integration with cloud platforms and enterprise applications which allow centralized management across hybrid infra.

In terms of pricing and ROI, automation and reduced administrative task overhead help justify the investment by lowering operational effort and improving resilience. Its another positive side is its support team responsiveness is excellent and onboarding experience which is very smooth.

Rubrik, also have AI and Intelligence capabilities for ransomware detection,anomaly monitoring and proactive insights.

What do you dislike about the product?

One of the area about rubrik is pricing is slighly higher for smaller organization or startups with limited backup need. Couple of advance feature require additional licensing

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were struggling with managing backups across the organization which is very time consuming and manual process, which make the process slow during urgent needs. But after using Rubrik, all this problem has been solved. we are now able to automate backup policies, monitoring workload,and restoring the system much faster. This save lots of time and cost of manual effort.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like most about Rubrik is that it is very easy to use and manage, even for regular backup tasks.

It also helps recover data quickly and keeps it safe from threats like ransomware, which makes it very reliable.

What do you dislike about the product?

One thing that could be better about Rubrik is that some advanced features take time to fully understand and configure at the beginning.

Also, the cost can feel a bit high for smaller organizations compared to other backup solutions.

Rubrik helps solve the challenge of managing backups and recovering data quickly, especially during system failures or cyber incidents.

This benefits by reducing downtime, keeping data secure, and making it easier to restore systems without complex manual effort.

What do you like best about the product?

The cybersecurity software is good for data protection, data security in this AI era.
It is easy to use and very efficient software.
I would recommend to use this to my friends.

What do you dislike about the product?

It could be more efficient, especially as risks increase in this rapidly changing AI era. As the software continues to evolve, the risks also grow, so it needs to become more reliable and consistent.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It addresses cyber recovery needs, supports AI transformation, and provides a cloud data foundation, all while being built on a zero-trust architecture. It’s designed to keep data safe, which is especially helpful for me.

What do you like best about the product?

• Rubrik uses a single web-based console to manage everything (VMs, cloud, databases)

• No complex backup job chains like legacy tools.
• Even new admins can start managing backups quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?

• Licensing + hardware + renewals can be costly as compared to other backup tools
• Many users say pricing is “steep especially for small environments”.

Its helps solving complex backup issues while managing large VM counts in any jobs in backup and recovery infrastructure.
