What do you like best about the product?
I like that Rubrik eliminates the complexity of traditional backup schedules by using automated, policy-driven SLA domains, ensuring data is always protected without manual intervention. I also appreciate its immutable architecture, which provides a strong line of defense against ransomware.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Rubrik is that it's not very intuitive when using it, especially with integration and compatibility gaps. There's limited open-source support, and the documentation could be improved, for example, with Exchange 2019.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rubrik protects from ransomware and data loss with its immutable file system and simplifies IT operations by replacing complex schedules with automated policies.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Rubrik's fast recovery time for admin uses. It allows for easy remediation of unwanted actions, which is really helpful. I also like that I can utilize the cloud to store and retrieve data. The setup was very easy, making it accessible for my team. Everything so far is working quite well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and reliability of Rubrik. It works really well and has been very fast in terms of performance. The policies are very flexible and can tailor to any business's needs. The support is phenomenal if there are ever any issues. Additionally, the setup was very straightforward and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be better if additional briks weren't as expensive/more easily accessible.

Rubrik helps in backing up online accounts that don't connect to local backups, ensuring we comply with cyber insurance requirements.

Rubrik is a solid solution for backup and disaster recovery. It’s easy to use and offers a lot of features that help meet most enterprise backup requirements and rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
O365 granular recovery wasn’t as good as VEEAM, and that’s the main reason many people move on.
