What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single platform that combines multi-cloud management, different toolsets for DevOps without the need to manage siloed toolsets and processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
CMP market is probably in its early stage and it is difficult to find a correct platform that satisfies all the CMP requirements. I would rather choose the platform that is open and allows integration easily with other tools while it is trying to add more features.

What do you like best about the product?
Maximum results in least automation on Cloud. Automation at Flexara's CMP is simple and there is a clean implemention as compared to other CMPs
What do you dislike about the product?
Flexara's support sometimes is not at par with the expectations and the resolution time is pretty high
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As compared to my last organisation the management of Cloud is pretty simple because here we use a CMP provided by Flexara.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely go for a CMP over implementing in house cloud solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
Biggest strength is the ease to manage multi cloud environment which is very handy for nay SaaS business.So far so good experience with the tools and organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime issue resolution takes much longer than it should be, so bit faster resolution of issues is always desired as it sometimes is a blocker issue for the complete organization which takes few hours to resolve so it really hampers the image because our productivity goes down with it, so do take care folks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deployments being managed through this tool only,
