     Info

    Overview

From the AutoGrid Flex product suite, DROMS is the worlds most comprehensive demand response optimization and management system, allowing dispatch grade demand response program management across all customer classes, all program types, and all assets. It manages and enforces complex business rules, incorporates highly accurate forecasting, includes rich multi-channel customer notifications, and performs measurement and verification on smart grid data.

Our Bring-Your-Own-Thermostats (BYOT) program provides simple deployment and administration for managing customer-owned thermostats from Nest, ecobee, and Honeywell, all from within a single application. Pricing includes any applicable OEM setup fees and per-tstat API fees. For additional OEM connectors beyond Nest, ecobee, and Honeywell, please contact us for pricing.

Beyond thermostats, DROMS can support a wide range of other DR use cases, including C&I direct load control, Behavioral or Community DR, and pricing programs like TOU or Critical Peak Pricing. Contact us at sales@auto-grid.com  to arrange a private offer customized for your requirements.

The AutoGrid Flex platform also has two other modules available via private offer:

    • Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS): Harness customer-owned DERs to enhance grid resilience.
    • Virtual Power Plant (VPP): Aggregate distributed flexible assets (storage, generation, or demand-side) and optimize their performance across local and combined value streams.

    Highlights

    • Deploys a single, comprehensive demand response management system (DRMS) application covering all assets, programs and customer segments
    • Enables dispatch-grade DR through complex business rules, and highly accurate load shed forecasting and M&V
    • Scales rapidly for quick rollout and easy extension to new programs such as notification-only behavioral DR
