Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

What do you like best about the product?
Almost everyone has gone to email for moving documents around. But, for the occasional need for a fax machine, Efax is perfect. It's easy, fast and reliable and the rates are great! Plus the ability to login on the go and fax is a great advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that Efax doesn't do (or at least I don't know how to make it do), is give me a fax confirmation. I realize it can't do that immediately in most cases because it takes a little while for most jobs to be completed. But, it would be helpful to get a confirmation in my email when the job is completed, or notification if it is unable to send.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a technology company. Everyone uses digital means to transfer information around. Efax is perfect for any occasion where an actual fax is needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and easy eFax Online Fax Service is to use and the speed by which the faxes are sent over. The service is valuable to me because my work has a lot of moving parts and it can be time-consuming, but with eFax, this improves the rate that things can get done in a simple way. The initial setup was very simple and it was an easy setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that could be improved is a message showing that your fax has been reviewed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use eFax to fax medical documents efficiently, saving time by avoiding the tedious process of reaching out to doctors. It's simple and fast, enhancing workflow and allowing tasks to be completed at a quicker rate.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that eFax Online Fax Service makes communication quick and is easy to use. The ease of use allows me to get more done. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not load, the initial URL will not load, but this has not happened in a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use eFax Online Fax Service for sending and receiving business information. It makes communication quick and easy to use, which allows me to get more done.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to send and receive faxes from anywhere on my laptop or phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to download an incoming fax in order to view it. You cannot forward faxes. If downloading a fax from the sent folder it is in a tiff format and only shows the 1st page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers HIPAA compliant faxing.
